As soon as she tuned of her phone, Sora heard a knock on the balcony door which was connected to her room. She widened her eyes in shock, but quickly got off her bed and opened the door only to find her boyfriend standing there smiling at her widely.

"What are you doing here? How long have you been outside? Oh my god get inside idiot."

She immediately moved aside, followed by him walking in as she closed the door. She walked further into the room and turned to face him.

He stood quietly just a few inches away from the door, absolutely knowing that his girlfriend was angry at him. He looked as if a child had been punished by his teacher, his head lowered and the dim lighting of the room illuminating his red hair. It was all silent until Sora spoke up.

"Why did you have to come this late at night? You could have stayed when you walked me home earlier right?"

He lifted his head slowly, eyes meeting hers. 

"I just missed you..." He answered with a low voice.

She sighed while walking towards him. She took his face into her palms and tip toed to kiss his forehead.

"I'm worried about you baby. It's so cold outside and I don't want you to get sick."

"I won't do it next time but now let's go and sleep."

Both of them walked to her bed and laid down comfortably. His hand hung lazily over her waist as he pulled her closer seeking warmth. 

"You love me right?"

"Of course I do Hyuck. I love you more than anything. But why the sudden question though?"

"It's...it's my parents. They hate me just because I am a bit hyperactive and they think it's a burden to take care of a troublesome child. My dad drinks and comes home with a different woman almost everyday. My mom fights with him the next morning and all that anger is being released on me. They also told me I was...useless"

"Listen Hyuck, no matter what people say, you are worth a lot more love okay?And no, you're not useless. You are our sunshine hyuck. Know your worth babycakes. Please don't ever think that you are useless just because they tell you that okay?"

"okay"

"Good. Now go to sleep."

"You sound like a mom." he said raising his head a little bit to look up at her. 'Cute' she thought.

"I am your mommy. Now sleep." he broke out into a fit of giggles and fell into a heavy slumber as he nuzzled into her neck, shifting comfortably.

next morning

"shit this is so cute" Jisung and Chenle, Sora's brother and his friend said as soon as they entered the room as they saw Sora and Hyuck cuddled up and wrapped in blankets. 

"We can tease hyung with this hehe." Jisung said as he took a picture and Chenle erupted into his infamous dolphin laugh causing Sora to wake up. She threw a pillow at him and went back to sleep as both the boys exited the room leaving the love birds on their own to sleep in.
