As Jackson returned to the Burrow he climbed to Rons room sighing as he sees Ron reading on his bed "want to fix your room?" Jackson asked, kneeling beside the rickety bed, Ron took a breath at seeing how open and relaxed Jackson was, "sure" he replied, Jackson soon pulled him up and shoved him towards the door "good, now get out, I got work to do" Jackson smiled as Ron left, Jackson soon had much of Rons furniture moved out into Percys room, as soon as it was empty Jackson cleared the space as effectively as he could before heading up to the Ghoul, the creature politely shuffled away from Jackson as he entered the attic, Jackson sat quietly as the Ghoul sniffed him out, groaning the Ghoul sat across from Jackson and grunted "If I can give you a new place to occupy will you go willingly?" Jackson asked the creature who nodded
"Tiffy" Jackson called, the Peverell Elf popped in wearing the Dress uniform Jackson had acquired for her, "Yes Master" she said
"I want you to take this Ghoul here to the Sanctuary we have, I'll be needing your services a tad later too"
"I shall be listenings master" the elf uttered popping away with the Ghoul, Jackson stood and climbed down before heading into the main level of the Burrow specifically focusing on the support beams, when Arthur entered and approached Jackson gave a small smile "Tiffy" he called, the elf popping in, "Yes Master, What Can I'd be doing?"
"remember that skill you taught me? the building one? shall we?" Tiffy nodded and reached out towards the wooden supports when the elf's hands began to glow green, Jackson used his magic to support the effort as the support column shifted and changed returning to it's state as a 'living' tree as Tiffy and Jackson magically stimulated 'root' growth and extra supports to form from the wood, Arthur watched as the pole gained bark and areas around the post shifted to accommodate the changes before the two stopped, "Tiffy, we have a few more if you're ready?"
"Tiffy being always ready to help her master, Tiffy like working for her Lord" the elf smiled skipping to the next pillar, Jackson turned "the wood's still dead, it's just an adaptation with magic, it's rooted the structure literally into the ground properly and has given more support to the current upper levels" Jackson uttered before leaving with Tiffy to complete the main process that was needed for the other supports, he soon headed to Arthurs shed returning with Muggle building supplies to brace the roof beams that made part of the tall and uneven stairs harder to climb by sawing the beams off using the material to help support the other frame along with continuing the Magic he had earlier, Tiffy was found walking beside her Master as the pair made there way upstairs continually bracing, re-enforcing and improving the structural supports and walls, when they got to Rons empty room Tiffy reacted in disgust "this room be's unfit for a Human, I's never seen a 'human' room so bad in mys life" she sneered, Jackson chuckled, this was why he made Tiffy his personal elf, she wasn't afraid to express herself, Jackson and Tiffy secured a door over the stairs before effectively striping the entire top level of the Burrow away back to the base floor the entire area was exposed and Jackson was visible to those in the garden the first thing the pair did in building a new room was to fix the roof besides it, creating a sloped half roof that would lead if not completely comfortably then mostly into the new space, second was an expansion of the lower floor, with supports being formed and new wood 'generating' from the lower structure, Matter creation wasn't a proper part of Magic, and Conjuring was only temporary however 'construction magic' used by Elves, Goblins and a few other cultures relied on using available materials and drawing them, in this instance Jackson was pulling form the forest near the Burrow and from his knowledge of Muggle Science with some 'darker' arts to create this work. Jackson smiled as he noticed the dead trees from the forest become a stack of logs beside the Burrow from his will, he began rather than with building but by framing the space he felt Ron deserved, he did keep the angular roof as part of the design Ron having told him in the past it made it feel homely, he wanted a space Ron could use not just for sleeping when he remembered a recent Muggle trend of split leveling bedrooms.
