Chapter 11

Blaire's POV
We drive home from the campus in silence. I didn't really talk about much. Neither did Mitch... Autumn on the other hand... She was buzzing nonstop about her awesome card she made. Jerome was talking about how terrible his was! "I mean, I wrote: From a Bacca with love!" Jerome yells laughing. We can't help but join in. I swear, Jerome can manage to make anyone laugh. When we get back to the #meromemansion, Aubrey decides to cook us some spaghetti. Mitch, Jerome and I record some hunger games while Autumn writes a new chapter of her book upstairs. 5...4...3...2...1... "LETZ MOVEE!!!" Mitch yells and runs from spawn. We follow, but somehow Jerome gets lost like he always does. As me and Mitch are taking on a team of two, we hear Jerome yell, "NOO MU-MUTATE MU-MUTATE!!" I laugh and we head to where Jerome was to help him finish of his killer. After that, we see Mitch peek in a chest and yell, "OOH BABY! Full lingerie!" We end up going to the death match, but Mitch wins. We close off the video and Jerome says, "I'm gonna go check on the others just in case." We nod and I look at Mitch. Once Jerome is out of the room I say, "Thank you for the support..." He smiles and says, "I know it's rough... I've lost people in my life." I frown and say, "It gets better though..." He laughs and says, "Hey! I thought I was supposed to be the one comforting you!" I laugh as well and say, "Well... Too bad!" It seems like time stops as we lean in towards each other... I see his kind, gentle eyes and I feel home. RING! Mitch jumps and sighs. He holds up a finger. "Hey! How are you? Really that's great! Cool. Yeah we'd love that! Ok... ok. See you guys soon! Bye" I look at Mitch confused and he says, "Preston and his new girlfriend are coming to visit us!" "Oh that's awesome!!" He nods and we decide to go upstairs. "WHO WANTS SOME SPAGHETTI!!!" Aubrey yells. We all raise our hand and dig in. My eyes meet Mitch's for a slight second. I have a feeling that neither of us will forget what just happened...
