With a yawn you stretched a little as your beast strode along at a comfortably slow pace. It's been a long day of travel and you couldn't wait to see the hot springs you heard were in these mountains. Damn its been years since you've enjoyed relaxing your aching muscles after training in a hot spring.

But it did help that the ride there was so boring!! Sure thr sights were nice, beautiful, but it gets boring after awhile of seeing the same thing over and over again.

Groaning you shifted to lay back in the saddle and stare at the sky. Hell there wasn't even any clouds for you to stare at to get your mind off this boring walk. Sitting up again you gave the beast's scruff a soft pat.

"C'mon Oleander, let's pick it up a little the mountain base is nearby." You hummed taking the reins and giving the commanding click to change gaits.

Of course the mount had to be sassy, so a soft kick in the side with another click from you corrected the behavior and the creature took on a soft lope. You didn't mind too much of Oleander's not immediate response they were still learning after all.

By nightfall you reached your destination and found it oddly enough held many separate springs and was actually ran by some locals by a town nearby. Luckily enough you didn't have to pay to use the springs, though they did aggressively try to sell you supplies as you rode by to an unoccupied spring. You did actually take up the offer to allow someone to wash your garments, they needed it and hey maybe spluring a little on some snacks for your mount wasn't a bad idea either.

Giving the Oleander a pat on the head as you passed, naked of course you stepped into the hot clear water. It took you a little before you fully submerged, but thats besides the point resting your back against the cool stone you placed your arms on the edge and enjoyed the feeling. Closing your eyes you just listened to the sounds around you, the loudest being the gnawing of the beast behind you but you could still hear the faint music that was being played near by. Leaning your head to rest back against the rock you felt as though you could fall right asleep.

Well that was until you heard someone walk in. Snapping your head around your brows scrunched together in confusion. Well there was the man from a few days ago, even less clothed than he was before giving your beast some scratches under the chin. His gaze soon shifted to you as a grin spread across his features.

"I thought I recognized this beast, and guess I was correct about the owner." He chuckled walking closer, "What brings you here?" He asked

You had to turn your head as the towel he was wearing was being removed as he stepped into the water, "Same as you most likely, to enjoy myself and relax."

"Enjoying yourself without booze?" He laughed as he settled into the water, "sound boring."

"Eh I prefer not to get drunk while being wet and naked, for the sake of not scarring others." You stated turning to look at him once he was settled, "and you just barge in here to insult me on how I relax?"

"Mmm, yes and no, mostly no, but you seem like fun so I figured I'd drop in and chat." He chuckled

"You just wanted to pet my mount didn't you?" You snickered glancing over to the beast who was taking a nap

"Well I'm here now, so let's chat." He stated his eyes dropping down for a moment before back up
