Pov:Toby
I got home and saw my mom on the couch, 'Hey mom' I said holding the bag with the stuff I got Her, 'hey sweetie' She said smiling 'watcha got there?', 'well I went to the store and got you something' I respond giving her the bag, She opened the bag and saw the cookies and the rose.
'Aww Toby you shouldnt have' She said 'Thank you', 'Your welcome mom' I said. Me and my mom watched a movie or five together because dad was doing Villain work, 'I'm going to bed Toby, good night' My mom said going upstairs, 'night mom!' I replied. I started to clean up a bit because we had some food as we watched the movies, then I heard the door open.
"Hey! Little fucker! Why is one of the letters in the mail from U.A!" I heard My dad yell, 'U.A? Why a letter from U.A?' (if the words are slanted then that means the character is thinking). "I-I don't know father" I respond to him scared, "Well it's for you! I don't know what makes you think you can be a Hero you're a quirkless wanna be!" He shouted.(Why did he sound like Bakugou there).
My dad came into the kitchen where I was and slapped me across the face, "Listen here brat! You aren't going to U.A!" He yelled at me. My father pushed me harshly to the ground, I hit my head on the side of the counter as a fell, once I hit the floor My father started to abuse me more then usual.
Once my father was done he through the U.A letter in the trash and went to his room to sleep, I slowly got up from the floor and went to the trash, I hesitantly grabbed the letter out of the trash can, then went upstairs to my room. When I got up there an closed an locked the door just in case my dad was awake, I sat at the desk in my room and opened the letter.
Dear Tobias Rogers, I would like to say that we've all talked it over, and we decided to give you a chance at U.A. You can come in tomorrow at 4:30 P.M to move into the dorms, Oh and your also be in class 1-A, Your teacher is Shodu (forgot how to spell his first name) Awziza also known as the pro hero Eraserhead.
