Chapter 4

*Naru’s P.O.V.*

Mai and everyone explained to me what happened about the ceiling falling.

“A girl named Miyukii had saved him from the ceiling but she herself was knocked out…when we left I noticed John was crying…as if they’ve known each other for years…” Mai said and I nodded.

“And she appeared out of nowhere...? You didn’t see her at all?” I asked and they nodded. ‘This is very odd…’ I thought and at that moment John and a white haired girl walked in. Everyone was staring at them as I turned around and looked through the video that we recently caught. ‘That girl looks exactly like this ghost…’ I thought. I turned around and leaned on the table.

“So, who are you?” Mai asked the girl and she smiled.

“My name is Miyukii.” She said and Mai nodded.

“Right.. What’s your last name?” I asked.

“Uh…um… M-my last name is…” She started but looked down. “I-it’s Shibuya…” She said and I glared at her as everyone looked at me. “I’m your sister…” she said as she looked at me. This made me mad, considering my sister is dead and had blue hair not white.

“Impossible! She’s dead!” I yelled and everyone looked shocked.

“Yes…I am dead…” She said.

“Then how can we see you?! If you’re dead you wouldn’t be here right now!” I yelled and she started shrinking back just like my sister did when I or our father yelled…

“I can transform into a human and a ghost whenever I want…” She said and monk cut in before I could say anything.

“Please explain.” Mai said.

“When I died, I made a deal with Jesus…I told him I wanted to be able to transform into a human or a ghost whenever I want to…and he said that if I became someone’s guardian angel that we would have a deal…and I agreed…I am John’s guardian angel…but there are consequences…I can die in both forms…and whatever form I die in I’ll be stuck in my other form…so if I die in my ghost form then im stuck being human and if I die in human form then im stuck being a ghost…” She explained.

“Can you show us?” the monk asked. They need to stop cutting me off.

“Umm…sure.” She said.

“Do it in front of a camera so we can see.” Mai said and she nodded. She and John walked out and in front of a camera. John touched her shoulder to prove that she was human. Then a second later he touched her again and his hand went through her. They started walking back.

“This still doesn’t proved that your my sister!” I yelled at her as she walked in and she sighed.

“Eugene…” She said and I looked down.

“Guess you really are my sister…” I said and she nodded and faked a smile. Suddenly we heard a loud noise, like someone shutting a door. I looked at the computers to see that a girl (in the picture, imagine that she has brown hair) was walking in. “Mai. Go check that girl out and ask what she wants.” I said and Mai nodded and went to confront the girl.

*Mai’s P.O.V.*

 

I walked over to the girl and took in her appearance. Brown hair and blueish-gray eyes. She’s very pretty.

“Excuse me ma’am.” I said.

“Yes?” She replied.

“What’s your name and what is your business here?” I asked not wanting to be mean but that’s just how it came out.

“My name is Yuko and I’m here to help get rid of the ghosts.” She said and I nodded.
“Alright. Follow me.” I said and she nodded and smiled, following me. We reached the base and Naru looked at her.

“Who are you?” He said and she smiled.

“I’m Yuko. A maiden. Oh and don’t let my looks fool you. I’m 23!” She said and everyone looked at her amazed and shocked. She covered her mouth and laughed. ‘No way! She looks like she’s 19!’ I thought.
