Squirrelflight's POV:
Squirrelflight yawned. She wiped her eyes and stood up. "Another day." She sighed. She saw Leafpool padding towards her.
"Hey Squirrelflight!" She mewed cheerfully. Why is she in such a good mood? Firestar's dead, Millie's dead, Ivypool's been exiled! More-...urgh! My mate is dead! "What is it Leafpool!?" She yowled. Leafpool sat down.
"You were grumpy yesterday...."
"You'd never understand, medicine jerk. SHE. KILLED. HIM."
"What? Killed who?" Leafpool jerked.
"HOLLYSTAR! S-SHE DID IT! OF COURSE! IVYPOOL DID NOTHING WRONG!"
"Yeah but who did she kill?" Asked Leafpool. Squirrelflight was going to moan the longest most boring reply ever but was interrupted.
"MAY ALL CATS OLD ENOUGH TO CATCH THEIR OWN PREY GATHER UNDERNEATH THE HIGHLEDGE FOR A CLAN MEETING!" Yowled Hollystar. Squirrelflight padded forward. "I have decided. Nowadays, our senior warriors are no longer good enough for thunderclan. So I have decided to end the suffering of one of our senior warriors. Brackenfur, step forward. Brackenfur's amber gaze landed on Hollystar. Thank starclan that wasn't me! Thought Squirrelflight. "No! I won't step forward!" Yowled Brackenfur. Hollystar laughed.
"Oh, but you'll wish you had. Sorreltail, step forward." She hissed. Sorreltail screamed and grabbed Brackenfur's foot. Hollystar lunged at Sorreltail, knocking her down. Sorreltail fastened her teeth into Hollystar's stomach, but Hollystar clawed her endlessly. Sorreltail let go, and on that moment, Hollystar preformed her killing move. She grabbed Sorreltail's throat...but this was not the way she had killed Millie, it was worse than that. She let go of Sorreltail's throat and instead placed her claws there. "Brackenfur! Take care of Lilykit and Seedkit!" She yowled. Hollystar raked her claws down Sorreltail's throat. Squirrelflight winced, remembering the way Hollystar had grabbed her neck, and she had made no attempt to escape. The way, that the dogs surrounded the patrol. And the way Hollyleaf, now Hollystar, had tore the life out of Brambleclaw with one fatal blow. The memories almost made her weep. A heartbeat later she looked down.
Sorreltail was dead. "Starclan no!" Yowled Brackenfur. Squirrelflight shivered.
What if I'm next? She thought...
