ERICAS POV
I rush home, thankfully not getting pulled over for speeding. It felt like I was out of breath that I couldn't catch up with. I can't believe what I just witnessed at the school, and I and so many questions. Who was that girl? Why did he stare me down so hard? And why did I like it? Lucas and I hardly ever made contact when slept together, and up until this point I never really noticed how much that would change the dynamic of our sex. I was currently sitting in my car in the driveway of my home. My parents' vehicles aren't here so they are probably at work still. I let out an exasperated sigh and drop my face into my hands. Just then my phone vibrates, and I quickly pull it out of my pocket. Lucas.
"Hey babe," I answer as I put the phone up to my ear. I totally forgot to call him back, but it's only been about twenty minutes since the last time he called.
"Why have you not answered your phone? Are you ignoring me?" He asks. I roll my eyes. This was one of his more annoying statements.
"Of course not, I've just been busy. I had a study group and had to grab my gym clothes. I just barely got home." I tell. I never told him about running into that guy last night, so there was no way in hell I was telling him what I saw today.
"Oh, well it seems like you've been ignoring me lately." He responds as I get out of my car with my belongings.
"Nope." Is all I say. I shut my car door and lock it before heading inside.
"Oh okay. Well, I was wondering if you wanted to come over tonight? Same time as usual?" He asks. We normally met up one or two times a week, but I honestly didn't feel like I could face him after what had just happened at the school. While Lucas spoke I made my way inside and two my room.
"Uh, I don't think tonight will work for me. I have a lot of homework I want to get done and turned in before the school trip tomorrow." Calling it a field trip made me feel like I was in Jr. High again. I set my bag on the floor by my dresser and hung my keys up on the rack by my light switch.
"Come on baby, please? I miss you." He pleads. I lean up against my door frame, waiting for the conversation to end.
"Sorry, I can't. But you are still up for the fair on Saturday right?" I remind him of our double date to the fair with Olivia and the guy she is currently seeing. I haven't met him yet, but she goes through guys a lot so I can never really keep track of who she's talking to.
"Yes of course! Not gonna pass up an opportunity with you, even if Olivia is there."
"Look I know you don't really like Olivia, but please be nice. She's my best friend." He's said some mean things about her in the past, and I've already explained to him how much I hate it.
"Yeah, yeah. I'll see you tomorrow morning okay?" He tells me more than asks me. I fall back on my bed, letting out another sigh.
"Yeah of course. Bye." I say, and hang up as he's saying bye as well. I set my phone on my chest and zone out onto the ceiling. My head kept repeating the words I heard mystery boy say in the locker room. Lucas never tells me when he's gonna cum.
THE NEXT DAY
I dreamed about him last night. Just what I saw in the locker room, over and over and over. More intense each time it replayed in my mind. I woke up with my inner thighs wet. I felt awkward thinking about this while standing next to Lucas, but he isn't paying attention to me anyway. We were standing outside in a circle with some of his basketball buddies. They were all talking about one of the games they had coming up. I wasn't a huge fan of sports, so I zoned out, just on the wrong thing I suppose. I scanned around me and saw Olivia walking up to save me, she could read my face from a million miles away. "I'm stealing her Lucas, she needs some girl time." She tells Lucas as she grabs my arm a pulls me away. Lucas didn't seem to mind, just waved bye to me and went back to talking with his friends. Olivia pulls me to the cars and we hop inside of her BMW. "Spill it." She demands.
