1. Puppy

Two weeks later

{Atsumu Miya P.O.V}

“Omii!!” I shout running down the hall. It's summer break, no school for like six months! We're having our wedding and honeymoon in the summer! Hopefully it won't snow in Vermont or New York while we're there.

Osamu and his family are staying with us too, just as promised Omi bought a little puppy. We named him Scout, mainly because he is a guard dog. Well supposed to be, but for right now he is just a puppy.

I ran into Omi and I room and open the door, only to find Omi is still sleeping. I'm starting to think he doesn't sleep at night because it's 12:30 and Omi usually wakes up at like 7:30 to make breakfast.

Scout started pawing at my ankle to I picked him up. “Okay, wake her dad up scout.” I whispered. He barked and hopped out of my arms and on the bed. He started licking Omi's face and head butting him.

“Hmm, Scout? Atsu?” Omi groaned. I giggled. “Wake up sleepy head.” He shook his head and burried his face deeper in the pillows. “Scout, get em'” I say. Scout jumps on Omi while I pick his clothes out.

I hear Omi laughing, probably because Scout is licking him and we'll, that tickles. “Okay, okay! I'm up! Scout down, c'mon down boy.” Omi laughs. I walked back to the main room area and hand Omi his clothes, while he changes I pet the dog and sit on the bed.

“Have you been sleeping well, Omi?” I mumble. “Yeah, it's summer break though I always sleep this late. The only reason I woke up early on school days was because I had an alarm.” Omi laughs. “Oh, I was worried ya weren't sleepin.” I mumble.

Omi walked over to me and kissed my forehead. “If I don't, I'll tell you.” I smile and stand up, still holding my baby (puppy). We walk to the living room and see Osamu, Rintarō, Mitsuki, and Noah all talking.

“Where is my mom?” Omi asked. “Work.” I replied. I set the dog down and he immediately ran over to Mitsuki. “Ya really like this puppy, huh Suki?” Osamu said. “Out! Out!” she babbled. I laughed and sat on the floor with her. “Scout, Suki, scout.” I say. Omi patted my head and started eating his breakfast.

{Kiyoomi Sakusa P.O.V}

I watched as Atsumu was playing with Mitsuki and the puppy. Suprisingly dogs are a bit more cleaner that children are, plus they listen alot better. Mitsuki started crying, snapping me out of my thoughts.

“Scout no. Stay.” I heard Atsumu say. Scout whimpered and did what he as told. “Sorry samu.” Atsumu said. He walked over to scout and picked him up. “We don't do that buddy.” Scout licked his nose causing Atsumu to giggle.

I swear he is terrible at scolding our child. I put my dish in the sink and follow Atsumu to our room. When I peeked inside he was putting Scout in the cage. “Tsumu.” I say. He jumped and looks my way. “Damn it omi! You scared me.” he groaned.

I chuckled and sat down on the floor behind his, pulling his closer to my chest from behind. “We should all go out for lunch together.. somewhere with no one around, just the people in this household.” I suggested. He turned to look at me and smiled.

“Only in yer comfortable with it.” he says calmly kissing my cheek. Scout starts to whimper from in the cage. “Okay, okay, I'll let ya out.” Atsumu laughed. He opened the cage and Scout jumped on him.

There was a knock on our door then it creaked open. Mitsuki waddled over to us and kissed Scouts head. “Yoomi! Umu! (Tsumu, Kiyoomi)” I stood up and put hand sanitizer on her hands then picked her up. “Okay where is your dad.” I say.

She pointed out the door, probably still in the living room. I walk to the living room and set her down by her papa I think she calls Rintarō. I then walk back into my room and sit back down by Atsumu. “Puppies are better than babies.” I say. “Mhm!” Atsumu laughed.
