If it weren't for Her

Chapter 1

'Hi Im Elizabeth and I have a secret'. 

        It was a typical morning at Buena Vista High. It was about 10:05 am as I was walking to my next class. 

'Hey babe!' was heard down the hallway and I knew it was Gage. 

        Gage was my boyfriend; we've been dating for almost 5 months now. I love him, or I thought I did... Until my life changed forever

'How was your morning beautiful?' was whispered in my ear as his toned arms wrapped around my waist. 

'Oh you know, math and biology can only be so fun.' as I turned to see his brown hair spiked up, giving him a strong masculine appearance, last his gorgeous eyes. (His eyes were the only thing I really liked now a days). 

'I better get to class'

'Come on babe' 

        As he leaned in for a kiss, I cant kiss him. Theres no spark anymore, it feels wrong. Not sure what to do, I walked away. Leaving him there alone. 

        As I sat in World History thinking about what an ass I was to Gage, a girl walked in, Mrs. Koch introduced her to the class. I think her name was Michelle; she transferred here from Cross Wood high on the east side of town. There was an interesting quality about her. She wasnt like the other girls at Buena High. She had short hair (like how a guy would wear his) brown, like the color of her eyes. She wasnt shy either, saying hey to everyone she passed. There was something around her neck, I believe it read 'PRIDE'. 

'Take a seat' said Mrs Koch

        Walking by me, Michelle gave me a slight smile, Thats when it happened. I got this feeling and nothing was the same again...
