What Is Green?
Green is the color of youth and happiness
It is the feeling of joy and bliss
When the sun shines down on a grassy plain,
It turns greener with each spring rain
They say that green eyes are rare
They draw you in with a curious stare
When someone is full of vitality
They probably live in a green reality
But green is also the color of envy
When you have one, and he has three
You will feel the green monster attack
But if you smile, he won't come back
Money is green, but it doesn't freeze:
After all, it doesn't grow on trees
Apples do, though, and they're delicious
Green and healthy; totally nutritious!
Green smells like a pine forest
It smells like the shop of a wild florist
When you wake up in the summer, happy and keen,
Inhale the freshly mowed grass because it's green
Always remember to recycle and reuse
Otherwise, you can say goodbye to nice views
Mother Nature doesn't want to be full of squalor
Because green is the nicest of shades and the greatest color
