A few months went by. In the beginning, she waited for a chance to escape. As she realised that escaping that place was impossible, she started trying to hurt herself, but every time, Jackson was there, shoving his blood down her throat, in order to heal her from whatever damage she did to herself. The last time she hurt herself, was by stabbing her gut. Per usual, she was then invested with vampire blood. After her captor left the room, after saving her life, once again, she did hand herself, resulting in her death. Having vampire blood still in her system, she was reborn as a vampire this time.
Thankfully, it was nighttime. Her maid came inside the room to give her food, but instead she became it. At that point, Luciana was officially a vampire. She broke the window and escaped through it.
After spending the days hiding from the sun and the nights walking as far away as possible from the mansion, she ended up in a small village where witch massacres were still happening. A young woman, who was in fact a witch, was being hunted down and possibly next in line to burn to death, came across Luciana. As the vampire saw the woman in front of her, she sympathised. Unfortunately, she was captured. The night that followed, the witch was supposed to be burned. Luciana decided to help her. So she killed each and every one of the villagers, saved the witch and then torched the whole place down, not wanting to leave clues for Jackson to find.
She travelled with the witch for a while. As a token of her gratitude, the witch, named Melanie, cast a spell on Luciana, allowing her to walk freely during the daytime. Luciana learnt later, that rarely a vampire could walk under the sun. It required the spell of w witch, and they were not usually fans of vampires.
As the years and centuries went by, a little more of Luciana’s humanity disappeared. She realised that no one was going to look after her, so she only cared about herself. Around 1864, she heard that Jackson had died. She didn’t believe it at first. After spending almost three hundred years on the run, she was finally free. Free to do whatever and be whoever she wanted to be. Needless to say, she became the villain next.
She spent the next century carelessly roaming the world, enjoying all that it had to offer. She ended up in a small town in California, around 1996 where she settled down, not without travelling very often. Whenever she killed someone, she tried to make it seem as natural as possible, sometimes even a suicide. She was careful when it came to getting rid of the bodies.
