Chapter 16

Baekhyun was now standing before their car with two packed bags. He was waiting for his mom to arrive. His mom will drive him to the village where his grandfather is living.

He hoped Kris won't notice his absence till he arrived at the village, far away from his reach. He clearly warned his mother to not to disclose his whereabouts.

Finally he is going to get away from his bastard of best friend. Now no one can bind him. He won't be chained. He is going to be free. Now he is no more a caged butterfly.

" Oh! I am so sorry sir, I will be there in 30 minutes. Sure sir. I am on the way. It's alright, I will cancel my plans."

Baekhyun frowned at what his mother is saying. Didn't she say, they will go to his grandparent's village. Then why she is cancelling their plans.

Mrs byun looked at baekhyun with sorry eyes. Baekhyun looked so exited to go there. She felt bad for cancelling their plan in last minute.

" Baek dear umma is sorry. Something happened in the office and I really have to go there. Umma's job is in stack"

Baekhyun was disappointed but he composed himself. He wanted to throw a tantrum but he don't want to hurt his eomma. He knows how much she cherished this job. Instead of behaving like a immature brat he decided to mutter a small " okay"

His mother hugged him and patted his head. She was also sad but she really need this job to survive. She have to hold this job so that she can give good future for her beloved son.

" After I solve this problem we can go, OK? Cheer up little boy"

Baekhyun smiled even though his inner heart is screaming with dread. Now how he is going to escape from Kris. He badly wants to escape from kris's evil grasp.

" It's alright mom, it's alright"

Baekhyun closed his small eyes and willed his heart to calm down. He can't have thoughts about Kris. Those thoughts are scaring him.

" Hey baek "

Baekhyun's small body froze with shock and fear. He knows that voice very well. A very tall body came near him and greeted his mother.

" Hello mom"

It's baekhyun's former best friend and his self claimed boyfriend, KRIS.

What is he doing here! Baekhyun is practically shivering. The nightmare he wanted to escape was standing before him and smiling at him.

" K...Kris.."

Kris smirked at his shivering puppy. His hands itching to punish his beautiful little lover. How dare he ran away from him. As if he would allow him. His dearest butterfly.

" Oh Kris dear! How are you?"

" I am fine mom. It's seems like you guys are going somewhere"

Baekhyun prayed inside his head. Hoping his mother won't say anything that would trigger this bastard.

" Yes dear. Baekhyun requested to visit his grandparents village"

Kris's gave pointed gaze to baekhyun and smiled slightly to himself. Baekhyun wished he could run and hide himself in his room. Anything to escape this situation.

" Requested huh?"

Kris couldn't help but get amused by his butterfly's behavior. His lover is getting brave. And he won't allow that to happen.

Mrs Byun sighed sadly.

" I don't know kris, this is so sudden. These days he is not being himself . It's like his cheerful side disappeared. Suddenly he begged to visit his grandparents. Guess he missed them"

Baekhyun began to fidget with nervousness. His mother is making it worse. Kris is practically glaring at him.

" I am sure he missed them.. anyway happy journey"

" But we are not going Kris.. something happened in my work place. I have to cancel our plans."

Kris smirked at this.

" That's unfortunate! That's explain the sad look on baek's face"

Mrs.byun looked at her son. Sure her son looked troubled. She really hated to cancel their plan but she really don't have choice. Suddenly her face lit up..

" Kris are you busy?"

" No mom. I have nothing to do, in fact I am bored. I came here to ask baekhyun out"

" Oh then why don't you take baek to my dad's village?"

Baekhyun looked at his mom with shocked eyes. He can't believe his mother could deliver him to kris's evil clutches.

" Mom, it's alright. We can postpone out plan next week. Don't bother Kris"

Kris laughed but that looked forced. He hates it, when his butterfly tried to get out of his grasp. Soon he have to capture it.

" No baek. I am more than happy to get you there...Come on after all I am you boyfriend"

" See baek, Kris don't mind bringing you there. It's getting late. I have to go. Bye baek! Bye Kris! Take care of my baekkie"

With a kiss to baekhyun's cheek she left. Baekhyun looked at Kris fearfully. His little body began to tremble at the look Kris is giving him.

"Then shall we go dear"

Baekhyun shook his negatively. He don't want to be with kris anymore.

" I don't want to g..Go. p..Please leave"

Kris chuckled at him. He began to walk towards baekhyun with slow steps making baekhyun shiver more with fright.

" Baek! Baek! You never learn, do you?
Why would something have to happen at your mom's workplace suddenly. More precisely at the time of your departure"

Baekhyun looked confusedly at him.

" You think I would let you leave... You can never get away from me. I know what strings to pull, to make you stay"

Baekhyun looked scared. Kris looked like a span of devil.

" you made my mom leave.. you did this"

Kris clapped mockingly at him.

" At last you figured it out.. know this baek, you can never get away from me"

Baekhyun tried to run to his room but Kris grabbed him.

" Trying to escape huh? Let's go! I will decide your punishment later"

Baekhyun looked helplessly at his home as Kris dragged him to his car.

There is no escape...
