Braelynn Marlieze Beaumont ( born November 25th 1990) is a South African and French Actress, Dancer and born in Cape Town South Africa but moved to London at age five and raised there. Braelynn began her career after appearing in a few television advertisements when she was nine has been a competitive dancer since she was 3, her favorites include hip hop, contemporary, tap and theater.
Later she auditioned for the role of Magdelena Potter for the blockbuster Harry Potter film series, she started along side Daniel Radcliffe (her on screen twin brother), Emma Watson and Rupert Grint. Her role as Magdelena Potter is her most recognizable role to this day.
As well as being a well known witch, Braelynn is also known for her role as Valerie Queen in Arrow and the Flash as well as her role in the oscar winning film, 2016s Dandilo Lane staring as Agatha Morgenthau along side the late Alan Rickman who portrayed August Morgenthau. Dandilo Lane earned Braelynn her first Oscar for Leading Actress. The movie also won for Best Actor in a Leading role awarded to the late Alan Rickman who won the award after his death and 5 other nominations. The well known Blonde is also well known for her role as young Donna Sheridan in 2018s Mama Mia: Here we go again.
Braelynn has had a knack for action movies and tv shows as she made her first of many appearances in the blockbuster film franchise in the 4th installment of the Fast and Furious films as Lori O'Conner, the younger sister of Brian O'Connor who was played by the late Paul Walker.
In 2009 during the filming of Deathly Hallows Part 1, Jaques Beaumont died in a car crash because of a drunk driver, Braelynn continued to film the movie.
Apart from acting the girl is a Womens Rights Activist alongside her good friends Emma Watson and Maisel Cho. She runs her family charity called Beaumont Blessings Foundation that has donated 90% of their profits towards causes such as cancer, animal conservation, anti-poaching most recently the Covid-19 virus and many more.
The actress first came into the spotlight for her role as Magdelena Potter and has won and been nominated for multiple awards since then.
