chapter 7: "good night"

kenmas pov:
"yachi was one of karasuno's managers. fire is easy to smell and doesn't take long to spread or get its scent. that can rule out the four of us that was together." i was thinking. we can't see any real evidence on anything.
"yamaguchi." i said, little raised voice so he can hear me.
"uh- yeah?" yams said. his voice was sad. "were you with anyone that you were with this whole time after iwa's death?" i said to him. he came out alone while suna and osamu came out together.
"i was with tsukki. i didn't want to  be alone" yamaguchi said, tsukki walked out of yams room agreeing to that making it a fact.
"HEY HEY HE- w-who just died?" bokuto said walking out with akaashi behind him. looks like they were both crying.
"hey everyone else out her-" i was trying to finish as i got cut off.
"hey kiddos! time for the trial!" the cat said.
yamaguchi's pov:
the same thing happened right before this trial as the last one. quiet, squeaking of the elevator and one of us killed yachi.
by the time we got to the same place where the last trial was, we saw two more pictures. yachi and iwa.
"kiokyo where were you that whole time we were investigating?" kenma asked. more serious, like he didn't fully know who it was but knew who it wasn't.
"i was in my room." kiokyo replied looking down.
"did you smell the fire?" kenma asked, she nodded and kept looking down.
i could still smell the fire, the gasoline that was on the ground. still potent, like i was next to the room.
"kiokyo, why didn't you go out your room" i asked her, she was right next to me. she jumped.
"KIOKYO COULD NEVER KILL ANYONE!" tanaka said like the simp he is.
"i didn't want to see her body.." kiokyo said looking down.
"i'm sorry tanaka but your 'innocent kiokyo' killed yachi" kenma said.
i knew it was her. and so did kenma. the smell of gasoline and fire was all over her. the jump she did was her thinking, an excuse to get out of questioning.
"the cat said if i didn't hurt someone i would get killed.. i was with her and i dropped the match and ran out" kiokyo said.
"time to vote kiddos!" neku said.
it was kiokyo's time to die..
"goodnight kiokyo" neku said as she fell into a whole and we all went unconscious.
