I'm Jolie, leader of the hawke pack, even though I am a female, I am just as strong as any male out there. I do not have a mate and I plan to stay that way. My beta is my best friend, Cece. My third in command is ,Sydney my other best friend. We run this pack. Yes we have a small pack but that's ok we will grow to a stronger pack. Other alphas don't like me because I am female, I don't care though this is my pack and I run it the way i want to.

I walk to my mansion to see Sydney and her mate, simon, wrestling in there human

forms. I couldn't help but chuckle when Simon pinned Sydney down. Sydney growled

then flipped him over, unexpectedly, which earns a growl from simon. Finally I said " ok

guys and gals Sydney we have work to do, simon you go find something to do you may

go on border patrol later on today". He nodded and walked away. "Sydney, Cece is at

the pack building, go ahead and meet her there I have to do something real quick then I

will be there, ok?" I said in a semi laughing tone still thinking about how Sydney pinned

simon down. She glared at me and finally said "ok" and stalked off.

I walked into my mansion to a scent I know, Gilbert's, Cece's mate, scent. "GILBERT I

CAN SMELL YOU" i yelled, laughing. "Awwwww" he replied. " It's not like your not a

werewolf too Gilbert, gese you should know this by now." I said rolling my eyes. I stalk

off upstairs to change my clothes. I change into some sweat pants and a blue t-shirt, and

put my hair in a braid to the side. I walked out of the house to head to the pack house.

As I am walking to the pack building I smell a rouge, but I feel attracted to him, like

almost as if he where my mate, no it can't be, I don't have a mate and don't want a mate

Fuck, I never wanted a mate ever I wanted to show all those alphas that a girl could live

With out a mate. I mind link Sydney, so Cece could finish paper work, "rouge east

border, come now" and before you know it Sydney is right by my side. We walk to the

spot where I smelled the rouge, to see a large,no, very large, beautiful, smokey gray

wolf. " shift" I told him in my alpha voice. I threw some shorts at him, he went behind a

tree and changed. When he came around the tree, Me and Sydney walked him back to

the pack house and into my office. " What's your name rouge?" Trying to be mean but I

can't he is just to irresistible. He smirks, noticing my tone "Zachary" he says. I tell

Sydney to go get Cece to come here. Cece arrives a second later I leave the rouge,

Zachary, and take Cece to talk to her in private. " HE'S MY MATE" I say sounding

frustrated and confused. "it's ok,calm down I will walk you through this" Cece says

calmingly. I'm glad I have my best friend in my pack how would I get through this with

out her.
