We arrive at Liam's at like 2:00 in the morning. But even then you could see the fresh white snow sparkling in the moonlight. It was beautiful. I nestled my head into chase as he carried me from the car into the guest room. Christopher was wide awake and was literally bouncing of the walls. Maybe we shouldn't have given him the coffee.
Yea definitely shouldn't have given him the coffee. Oh the joy of coffee (not the sarcasm).
"Christopher calm the hell down" chase yells.
He immediately calms down as we enter the room. We wave everyone good night and get Christopher a twin size bed in the room and we all go to bed.
I wake up in the morning and see chase is gone and Christopher is playing on his iPad.
"Oh hey mom" he says realizing I'm up.
"Hey bud, let's go get something to eat"
"Ok mum"
"Don't call me that" I say with a playful growl.
Chris puts his hands in the air like you would if a cop was pointing a gun at you.
"Ok ok I surrender"
He is such a butt sometimes.
We finally get down stairs and eat some pancakes and bacon.
"This mine, all mine" Liam says smuggling the bacon. He is undescrible. Finally I pin him down and chase grabs the bacon and we all eat it in front of him while he watches in misery.
"Thus declaring that Alpha Liam gets no more bacon for the rest of the day" Cece says smiling at Liam.
"But but but" Liam stutters
"No buts, no cuts, no coconuts" Jacob and Chris says in unison. We all burst out laughing.
"Mommy I wanna play in the snow" Jacob whines to Cece.
"Me too momma" Chris whines to me and gives me the puppy eyes.
"Ok boys go get a bunch of clothes on and grab the sled me and gibby will take you outside" chase says and Gilbert nods.
"Come on chase lets go get some clothes on" and chase and Gilbert go upstairs.
"I kinda wanna go play in the snow" I say being the child that I am.
"Ya me too" says my childhood sister, Cece. Well not really my sister but you know what I mean.
"Well go get some clothes on" Alex says.
Me and Cece both nod and race up the stairs.
Oh dear lord this is gonna be fun.
