"The main entrance to both Square and Plaza are automatically out of question. And Marina knows Octo Valley and Octo canyon. Making them too risky as well. With that, our best chance is to sneak in through Grizzco industries, which leads us our next problem. Boat."
"Boat?"
"Yes. Boat. Captain and I know for sure there's a emergency boats inside NILS statue, but I doubt they have enough fuel to get us back to Inkopolis."
The room- or metro train went silent again. Where the hell would they find another boat? One that would actually work.
Much to everyone's surprise, Octavio suddenly had a idea.
"Pearl. Weren't salmonids on your side during the final fest?"
Agent 4 looked Pearl. Waiting for an answer.
"I... think so?"
Four smiled at this and quickly started to form a second part of Operation: Save Inkopolis.
"Then it's possible they'll help us. All we need to know is the schedule of the next salmon run. Once we know that, we'll simply knock the workers out, and steal their boat to get back to mainland."
Half-rim raised his hand.
"One question. Why do we need a boat in the first place? I mean, besides the whole "not enough fuel" thing?"
Apparently, Agent 4 got a little carried away with her explanation, as she just realized only she, Gramps and Pearl had seen, and being inside the giant human statue, due to their agent job.
"There are only two exits out of this metro. One is the main entrance, which is closed. And the other is the NILS statue, which isn't that far from the salmon run locations. Nearest being Ruins of Ark Polaris."
"And the NILS statue is in the middle of the ocean." Pearl finished.
While the rest of their group seemed to be convinced by Agent 4's plan, Callie remained suspicious about all of this.
"I'm still not a huge fan of this Four. Even with a plan as detailed as this, it's still impossible."
"Only if you believe it is"
The golden agent gave the squid sister a small, yet comforting smile, that could probably light up a whole town.
"Any more questions?"
Agent 4 assumed everybody either understood the plan, or they simply didn't dare to ask any questions.
"Then it's settled. The metro should arrive at it's main station in about two and half hours, so go get some rest. It's time to save our friends."
As Callie was making her way to the part of the train, where everyone was sleeping, she was silently admiring the youngest agent in NSS. She was a girl like no other. She was a strong inkling, who managed to balance silly and serious. She was a dreamer with her feet still on the ground. She could find a sun's rays in a rainstorm. Like seriously, how can someone as young as Agent 4 be all that? With her in charge, Callie started to believe the 8 of them could really take down Marina.
{You don't meet a girl like that every dynasty.}
