i didn't think. i was overwhelmed by your presence so i instantly agreed. i was ecstatic to be dating you again. i missed your touch. your smell. your voice. your warmth.

but i ran out of every reason

so many thoughts in my head. i saw you kissing a girl. she wasn't me. i tried to reason in my head. i tried to tell myself that it was the girl's fault. i tried to tell myself that this was simply a mistake on her behalf. but i could reason with myself on why you were kissing her back...
