Dove and Matthew were sitting on the grass beside a beautiful flowing brook .The twins were discussing the morning's events. Later that week, there had been rumors, that someone from Florida International High School had broken into the science lab, and messed with a few of the explosive chemicals that started a fire.
"Do you think whoever did it meant to do it?"Matthew said, finally breaking the silence.
" Well, to be honest I actually think they meant to hurt someone."
" We should totally try to investigate Dove, you know how fun it'll be!"
"Well, I don't know,mom and Don might say no," Dove said hesitating.
Later that evening Dove was the one to tell their parents about the investigation. Don Vegas, the twins stepdad stepped in and said with his voice as firm as a bear, when he is angry."Dove, you and Matthew both know it is dangerous, I will not allow you to investigate."
