Chapter 16

Jk pov-

Namjoon stops the car in the school's parking and I take a deep breath.

"Kookie... You don't have to do this if you're not ready yet." He says in a concerned voice.

I put on a brave smile. "Don't worry Namjoon, I'll be fine. I can't hide it forever, right? I have to accept myself. And you. And our relationship. And also, I'm only coming out with to our friends, right? So, it's no big deal. Tae and Jin hyung are also dating and they're pretty cool about it."

He nods. "You're right. But so you know, whatever happens, I'm always here for you, standing right next to you any time you need me."

I smile and plant a kiss on his lips. "Thank you. Now, let's get going." He smiles and nods and we get out of the car and head into the building.

We part our ways to go to our respective classes and start our days. With our classes back to back, I hardly find time to tell Jimin and Tae. Any free time I get, I get dragged for the football practice.

After the exhausting day, I finally catch up to them at lunch. Jimin and I take seats and wait for Taehyung to join us.

"Where the fuck is he? Let's just eat if he doesn't come." Jimin says in frustration.

"Uh... Let's wait for a while... Actually... I have something to tell you guys."

"Really? What is it?"

"Wait for Tae to get here first."

Jimin rolls his eyes and sighs. Finally Taehyung arrives with a grin.

"I'm sorry guy, but I'm having lunch with Jin hyung today." Tae tells us.

"Dude! You can't ditch us like this! You're so rude! And mean!" Jimin whines.

"Can't help it, my bae asked me to eat with him." Tae tells with a proud look, making Jimin scoff.

"Hoes before bros, huh? Fuck off then. We don't need you here anyways." Jimin then looks at me. "Kookie, you just tell me what you were gonna say."

Tae faces me. "You wanna say something?"

"Yeah... I did..." I think for a moment and then stand up. "Alright. Let's all go together."

"WTF! Dude! You two!?" Jimin shouts, making Tae laugh.

"We can join Jin hyung's gang and then what I was about to tell you... I can tell everyone all at once. It's even better."

"Oh... Okay... Now that makes me very curious." Tae says, shooting up an eyebrow.

Jimin sighs. "What're you two waiting for then? Let's go, I'm starving."

We all go to Jin hyung's table and I spot Namjoon looking at me. Our eyes meet and he smiles, making my heart flutter. I take my seat next to him while Tae sits next to Jin hyung and Jimin sits across Yoongi hyung.

"Well, well, what a surprise." Yoongi says, taking a sip of his juice.

"I just came because of these two." Jimin says, pointing towards Tae and I.

"Did you talk to them?" Namjoon whispers to me.

"No.. I am about to now."

He smiles and gives my hand a squeeze under the table, and I swear it made me feel a lot better.

"So... You had something to tell us?" Tae asks and everyone looks in my direction, suddenly making me a little anxious.

"Y.. Yeah.. I... I have a confession to make."

"Go ahead. We're all ears." Jimin says.

"Umm... Guys... Actually... I... I'm gay." I finally say it. And when I meet their eyes, the only person who gives me a surprised look is Jimin.

"No! Fucking! Way!" Jimin's mouth drop open as he says this and looks at everyone else but none of them react any differently. "Jungkookah! No way! How when where who? I.. I can't believe this! You were as straight as an arrow... How did this happen?"

"Uh... I also only realized recently..." I tell him, scratching the back of my head in embarrassment.

Jimin looks at Tae. "Tae, this is a big deal! How can you not say anything?"

"Well... I had my suspicions so it didn't come out as much a shock to me... But yeah, I'm curious as to when he found out." Tae replies.

"B... But what about you guys?" He asks the others.

"We've known it way before Jungkook knew it himself." Yoongi tells.

"Wh.. What?" Jimin asks.

"Uh... Actually the person Jungkook is in love with... Is a very good friend of mine." Yoongi replies.

"Jin hyung... You knew too?" Jimin asks and Jin nods. "Damn... And you Namjoon hyung?" He asks Namjoon and I blush.

"Well, Jimin.. Actually.." I start and take a deep breath, "Actually... The person I'm in love with is... None other than Namjoon." I tell him and he drops open again.

"I knew it!" Tae chimes. "I knew something was fishy when we met at the amusement park." He puts on a proud smile and I take a look at Namjoon, who smiles softly at me, silently telling me that I did great.

"S... So... That mean... I'm the only clueless one in the group?" Jimin asks in a disappointing tone, making me chuckle.

"Well, obviously because it takes brain to understand stuff like this." Yoongi starts, making Jimin angry.

"Shut up! Why do you always have to get on my nerves?" Jimin replies.

"Where are your manners? I'm older than you." Says Yoongi, frowning.

"But you're shorter than me." Jimin says, smirking.

"We're literally the same height, Jimin." Yoongi rolls his eyes.

"Whatever." Jimin also does the same in the mocking way.

Meanwhile, I take a glance at Namjoon. He seems to be in a good mood.

"It went smooth." He whispers to me.

"Yeah. Better than I imagined."

"Yep. You have good friends by your side. I'm glad."

I smile. "So do you. And more than that, I have YOU by my side. So, nothing else matters."

He chuckles. "When did you get so cheesy?"

I grin. "Learning from the best."

He raises an eyebrow and we laugh together.

"Oooh... Look at the love birds now." Jin hyung says, making me blush. Then he looks at Jimin and Yoongi hyung who are still arguing. "And then on the other hand, there are these two." He sighs.

"Forget them. Why don't you focus on me?" Tae says, grabbing Jin hyung's chin and turning his face in his direction.

Then suddenly, I feel a familiar hand, caressing my thighs under the table. I bite my lower lip harder and harder as Namjoon's hand crawl closer and closer to my inner thigh.

"Come to the football team's locker room. Those showers must be empty now." He whispers in my ear and leaves.

I look down and fuck! I'm hard.
