chapter five: the one with the bra
----
ELISE ROBERTS loves love. She's never known why she loves love but she always has. Maybe that's why she has been in so many relationships. She's trying many relationships trying to find the right fit, like Cinderella with her glass shoe. But Cinderella didn't fall in love with her best friend. And Cinderella didn't have to go on an assumed platonic date with the girl she was in love with on Christmas eve to a party.
Elise layed on her bed hanging upside down, with only a bra and a christmas skirt on, trying to figure out the right outfit to wear to the big east high/west high christmas party. The only time they ever get together and don't fight. She had very loud Christmas music playing throughout the house, as her family was not there with her presently. The loud music was most likely the reason why she hadn't heard Jewel Hellings, her best friend walk into the house and come up the stairs.
Jewel liked to dream of things, things like falling in love. But she couldn't have dreamed of falling in love in real life, especially about falling in love with her best friend, Elise. She doesn't know how she fell in love with the blonde haired girl. She thinks it started festering around the time they were old enough to start dating. Because Elise went head first into the bad relationships. Jewel sighed heavily thinking about all of Elise's terrible relationships, she could make a book about the other girls terrible choice in dating. But she blew the thought out of her mind and put her shoes on to head over to Elise's house.
Jewel walked into the Roberts family's home and immediately met with loud Christmas music throughout the house, quickly knowing Elise was home alone. She walked into the large house and up the stairs towards Elise's room. When she walked in she found something she was not expecting.
Two loud shrieks rang through the house loudly. Jewel looked up from the floor seeing Elise had put on a shirt. The silent house only occupied by soft giggling of two lovestruck flustered girls standing across from each other.
"Well that was embarrassing...sorry, I wasn't expecting you to come so soon." Elise spoke first softly.
"Um, yeah. Sorry if I surprised you, what were y-you doing?" Jewel giggled out with a smile.
"Oh I um, was trying to decide what I was going to wear to the party, wanna help?" Elise grinned wickedly as Jewel laughed and stepped towards the girl nodding.
The girls stood in the room for the majority of the rest of the day, playing christmas music and trying on different clothes, laughing and having fun. Just not expecting the odd situation that would happen at the party in just an hour.
