As we run to Konoha, we are all still trying to process what just happen with Orochimaru. I could tell that Naruto was still very confused about the incident. I was just flat out angry though, I saw the one man that I wanted to see ever since that day. I was itching to kill him and for good this time. I can't believe he actually lived. The snake always has tricks and I was sick of it!
We ran about 2 hours then stopped for a break. We sat in silence until Naruto said, "I need to get stronger! Next time I see Orochimaru and Sasuke, I will be strong enough to beat them both! I will get stronger in order to get my friend back, and then become Hokage!" Naruto said with a bright smile on his face. Him being all bright in this situation is hard, I don't know how he does it.
After his sudden outburst, we got up and ran for another hour or so. When we stopped I looked up and saw two huge green gates, "Were here" Kakashi said. "Wow!" I mumbled. It was so pretty and bright there, I was actually happy. I haven't been happy since I was with my clan, it was nice to actually feel something other then anger and sadness. We walked in the gates and headed straight for a red building, "That's Lady Hokages office." Sakura said. "Wow, it's so big." I said with a hint of excitement.
We walked up to a room in the Hokages office. We stop before entering the door, and Kakashi knocks. Well he was going to knock but a blue eyed idiot barged in. "Granny, we completed the mission but we want you to let this girl stay here in the village as a resident!" Naruto said with his pointer finger straight at me. I giggled cause after he finished the sentence, Sakura smacked him in the back of the head and started apologizing for Narutos barge in.
"That's the Hokage." Kakashi whispered to me. 'That's the Hokage?' She's beautiful, but she looks young and I heard from some villages that she was 50. Well I guess they were just rumors. Anyways after everyone calmed Kakashi started to tell her the mission summary, she was quite shocked about us running into Orochimaru. After Kakashi reported, I introduced myself to her and asked her if I could stay in this village as a permanent resident. She was thinking for a minute or two then she said, "Sure". 'I guess that was easy enough' I thought.
For some reason when I turned I could see Naruto jumping for joy about my stay in the village, heck he was way more excited then I was. Sakura gave me a hug and Kakashi smiled under his mask, while Naruto was still jumping and screaming.
A little while later, we left the office and went to go 'celebrate' since I was now a resident in the village. We walk up to this ramen stand, we go in and sit. "Two bowls for me please!" Naruto said to the man and lady. "Oh hey Naruto!" A chubby boy says while stuffing his face with ramen. "Hey Choji, hey Shikamaru!" Naruto said to the chubby boy and spiky haired boy, while also introducing me to them.
We left a while later from the ramen stand, and I was trying to find a place to stay. While I was looking for a place, I see Kakashi strolling down the street. He sees me and comes up, "Hey (y/n)! Do you have a place to stay?" "No i don't but I'm looking for one." I said to Kakashi. "Oh, well your free to stay at my home for a while before you find a place of your own." He said. I thought for a second then said, "Sure why not." ———————————————————————————

Author: hey, I tried to make it a little interesting. I know it's weird that Kakashi asking you to stay with him but note that y'all went through somewhat the same thing, and he wants to help you.
