Chapter 10[Last days in Suna]

I had three more days in Suna, and I was ready to go. It just got to boring, I mean Monday was fun but that was it. The only things I look forward to is to look at the stars and possibly talk to that redhead again.

I was laying on the roof of the hotel, when a rock came flying right at me from the ground. I look down and see Gaara smiling at me. He jumps up to the roof and lays down beside me. "How did you know I was here?" I said, "I can see you from the roof of the office building." He said while starring at the stars.

Me and the redhead talked until the sun came up again and then we went to the office building. When we got there Temari and Kankuro were standing outside waiting for Gaara. "Where were you two lovebirds at?" Temari said with a smirk. Gaara gave her a death stare and I started turning red cause of what she said. "I'm kidding!" She said while punching Gaaras arm playfully.

We finished today's guard duty, and I went to the hotel. After I ate and took a shower, I went to the roof hoping to see Gaara again.

After about two hours, I got up and went to look for Gaara. I went to the Kazekage building and he wasn't there. I went looking for him cause I wanted to talk to him, but he wasn't anywhere in the village. I went to the gates of the village and saw that all the guards have been knocked out. I started freaking out and I ran out of the village. I went about two miles North and saw Gaara and 15 other rebels taking him somewhere. Somehow Gaara had been beat up and was knocked unconscious, guess these guys were pretty good.

I took one of the rebels by surprise and punched him 25 feet in the air. The other rebels looked at me and prepared to fight, and they all came at me simultaneously. I dodged almost punches but one rebel was fast and hit me in the gut, making me cough up blood. 'Damn, he's fast' I thought as I got up. I took out some shuriken, and threw them at all the ninjas. They all evaded but I knocked them out with my super punches(super speed+super strength punches).

I turn around thinking that my super punches took down all the rebels, but then a shuriken is throw and hits the back of my left shoulder. "You should make sure all of us are out before you turn around!" The silver haired rebel said.

It was the same rebel that had hit me earlier. I was starting to get angry cause nobody has ever layed a hit on me, and this dude did it twice.

I went invisible and super punched him 10 times, but he just smirked. He caught me by surprise and kicked me to the ground. He got on top of me and started punching. I was coughing up blood and struggling to breath as he got off me. "Im disappointed that Lord Orochimaru wanted you. You aren't worth it." He said as he left me struggling on the ground. I was too weak to get up or even talk, by the time I saw Gaara get up I had already fell into the darkness.

I woke up in a hospital all beaten. Gaara was sitting next to my bed, and he looked worried. I sat up as he looked up in relief. "What happend?" I said while Gaara stands up and tells me, "You took out all the rebels but Kabuto beat you up. After I woke up, I carried you here to the hospital. You've been unconscious for about 15 hours." He said.

That was the most sleep I've had in years. "Thank you for saving me Y/N. If you didn't save me then I wouldn't be here." He said sincerely. "You don't need to thank me, we saved each other." I said.

We were leaving Suna today. I am going to miss this place, I was just getting used to it. Something (or someone😏) made it feel like home.

All of us were saying our goodbyes to the sand siblings. I was saying my goodbyes to Gaara and when I looked at him, he looked a little sad. I didn't hesitate before pulling him into a hug, a few seconds later he hugged back. Everyone around us were shocked at our actions, but shrugged it off cause they could tell that we had something there (yk😎).

Before we pulled out of the hug he whispered into my ear, "I hope to see you again soon."It sent shivers down my spine and my face went red. We pulled out of the hug and I caught up to team 10.

"Y/Ns got a crush." Shikamaru said while smirking. "Okay, Mr.I have a crush on a girl three years older than me." After I said that, his face got all red. We all had a laugh and we walked back home.

We got back to Konoha and after we gave the mission report, I went home. When I got home I couldn't stop thinking about what Gaara said. I was feeling something about him, a feeling that I've never had before. I didn't know what it was, all I knew was that I never wanted to let go of that feeling.
