America: Don't worry man! Since I'm the hero, I'll make sure this meeting will go by fast, that it won't have any distractions, whatso ever, so I (the hero) will get you home in no time!
Mexico: ... I did not get a single thing that came out of your damn mouth. Anyway, remind me again, why I'm here?
America: I get really bored here at the meetings, so I thought that I'd bring a friend with me! And~... you just happen to be that friend!
Mexico: Who said anything about you and me being friends? I never did.
America: Wha-?! That's mean! I-
Mexico: Shut the hell up before I put a jalapeño in your hamburger, because now señor America... I feel like I'm in a bad mood... gives America a dirty, pissed off look
America: Okay. Sorry, sorry...
BAM! doors open and England and France come in arguing
England: You bloody arsehole! You are not better than me! You bloody bearded bastard! You bloody pervert!
France: Ah... do not worry, Angleterre. You say that because you know it is true about moi~.
England: Argh!
England and France continues to argue
Mexico: Are they always like this?
America: Yeah, pretty much.
Mexico: hmph You have entertainment if they argue all the time here at the reunión... Why say it aburrido?
America: Hmm... 'Cause it's mostly England arguing with me, I guess...
Mexico: hmph ... I wonder why...
America and Mexico eat (and sleep), and talk about things (such as Mexico nagging about bringing him to the meeting), until everyone is there... except for two people...
Mexico: Ugh! Hasn't this meeting started?!
America: No. We're waiting for two more countries.

England: Hm? Oh, it's Romano and Sp--
Spain and Romano come through the doors
Spain: Whoops! Sorry for being late guys! Ha ha!
Romano: Damn it you bastard! I told you to stop taking your damn time, on getting fucking ready! Because now WE'RE FUCKIN' LATE!

Mexico looks at Spain, then whispers to England in a sharp whisper
Mexico: Romano and Spain?!

Turms to America
Mexico: You said nothing about Spain being here...
America: Well! What'cha think this World meeting is? It's countries coming together to discuss things! raises hands and shrugs his shoulders
Mexico sat through the whole meeting, listening to America and England argue, watching as Canada gets sat on, looking at other countries... And avoiding to looking at Spain. And as the meeting slowly came to an end, Mexico went to America.
Mexico: Señor America, do not bring me to these reunións again...
America: Hmm? Why? Is something wrong dude?
Mexico: Yes! That bastardo Spain!
America: Bastard.... Spain...? Wait... Oh yeah!... Nope, I don't get it. Run it by me?
Mexico: That bastardo is an idiot! My sister Phillippines declared her independence from him, because he had never listened to her. He'd hurt her, at night I would hear her scream and cry, I sat with her, holding her in my arms, and I would see blood come down her nose... After her independence from Spain... I was happy for her. I waited until it was my birthday to declare my independence from Spain... I'm as independent as you are. I did it because you were near to her... Until July 4th, on. Your. Birthday. She declared her independence from you, and she felt more distant from me... So don't ask stupid!
America: Okay. Just chill dude...
Mexico: Ah! mexico said I'm going out in the hall to get a drink
