bambi couldn't bring herself to open the twitter dm she had just received from dream. she knew deep down it wasn't meant for her, and it didn't mean anything. so instead she worked and finished loren's script as she waited for her step sister to get home.
"hey ren, y'know dream?" bambi spoke up as her sister walked in with tons of shopping bags, as she would most days.
she set her things aside in her room as she thought for a second, "i don't recall, is it one of those guys you talk about all the time?"
"yeah, he's a streamer and youtuber and he uh, dmed you on twitter"
"how big is he?" she asked opening up the twitter app on her phone.
"2.4 mil on twitch but 14mil on youtube" she braced herself for the impact.
"WHAT?! and he's texting me?! oh my god i really am famous!" she squealed and jumped up and down.
bambi just nodded in agreement.
"is it too soon to give him my number? i hate twitter dms" she thought out loud

"y'know what i might as well" she decided as she scrolled down for his dm. "is he hot?" she asked, quite bluntly.
"uh, he hasn't done a face reveal yet"
"ah, well i hope he is"
"mm, so i'm gonna go set everything up to film" bambi switched the topic, to loren's dismay.
"i thought we were filming tomorrow" she huffed.
"well you're back pretty early, let's just get it done so then i can start editing"
"i always wait for you when you don't feel like filming" loren whined, which just made bambi sigh and shake her head.
as a matter of fact, loren didn't wait for her. she almost never took into account any of bambi's plans or feelings, but the girl just didn't have the courage to speak up.
"fine, tomorrow then" she used everything inside of her not to talk back, and walked quietly back to her room, mentally drained—as always.
