Nana's POV

The next morning , after Luhan went to work , I called Omma . "Hello" she answered . "Hello omma" "Oh Nana-ah . Why did you call ?" "Omma would you mind to take care of the twins for a while ? I have to go somewhere and I don't want the twins to follow because I'm scared they might be tired." "Oh can . By the way , what's wrong with you ? You're voice is different . Are you sick ?" she asked , worried . "Ani omma just a headache" "Bwoh ? And you're gonna drive here ? How can you-" I cut her off "I'll be fine omma" I said . "Arasso . I'll see you and the twins later" "Bye omma" I hang up the phone .

"Hansook Hansoo . Both of you gonna stay at Halmeoni house for awhile today ok ." I smiled at them then continued , "Omma have to go somewhere" "Ok . Omma wouldn't be long right ?" Hansoo asked . "Ani . Omma try to be fast" I said . "Ok" the twins smiled .

I drove the twins towards omma house . Once we reached , Hansook said , "I wanna press the bell ." "I wanna press too" Hansoo pouted . I smiled . "Don't fight . Both of you only press once ok." I said . I carried Hansook to let him press the bell then , carried Hansoo and let him press the bell too . A few seconds later , omma opened the door . "You're here ." she said . I hugged omma . "You look pale . Are you sure you're ok ?"she said . "I'm ok omma ." I smiled . "By the way , where are you going ?" she asked . "Somewhere" I said . "I'll leave first" I smiled at her . Then , I turned to the twins . "Don't be naughty when omma's not around ok" I said . The twins nodded . 'Cute' I thought and chuckled . "Annyeong" I waved and went inside the car .

I felt so sick . I decided to go to the hospital . Once I reached , I register and wait for my name to be called .

"Mrs Lu Nana . Can you come here . We need to take your blood test" a nurse said . I followed her . She took a bit of blood from me for test . "Now , we need the urine test" she said . She gave me a cup to pee in it . After peeing , I gave her the cup . "Ok . Please sit down until a nurse who came out of that room called you" the nurse said while pointing at a direction of the doctor's room , Dr Shin .

Soon , after waiting for a few minutes , my name is being called . I went inside . "Hi Dr Shin" I smiled . "Hi Nana . You don't look good . You look pale" she smiled . "Yeah..that's why I'm here" I laughed . "The blood test and urine test shows that..." she paused and looked at me . "Shows what ? I came here to eta medicine for my headache or fever . Why must I go for this test . It's a waste of time" I said . Dr Shin laughed . "I never see you come to the hospital alone . Usually , you come with your parents or husband . I thought you hate hospital" she smirked . "Are doctor allowed to smirked?" I asked and laughed . "I know right . I never come to this freaking place alone . But today , I feel like coming alone . By the way doctor , I'm having headache like since two days ago . Am I having fever ? But I checked , I don't have any fever. What's wrong with me ?" I asked .

"It's because you're pregnant" Dr Shin smiled . "Hahaha pregnant...wait what ?! Pregnant ?!" I asked . Dr Shin nodded while smiling . "Congratulation .You should come here with your husband . It will be a happy news for both of you ." She said . "Wait..wait Dr Shin are you serious that I'm pregnant ?" I asked . "Yes" "But why I didn't vomit ? I thought when you're pregnant , you will vomit ?" I asked . "Maybe not yet . Arent you excited ? You gonna have a child again . You third child . I wonder if it's a boy or girl ." she said . "I don't mind boy or girl but it would be good if it's a girl ." I smiled . "Ok . Later when you make your payment , the nurse gonna give you the medicine . Eat it every morning and night ok ." she smiled . "Medicine again" I sighed . "Eat it" Dr Shin laughed .

After done going to the hospital , I went to omma's house . "You're here . So where did you go ?" she asked . I smiled . "I went to see the doctor" "You're sick right . By why did you go there alone . You should ask me to accompany you . But why are you smiling even though you're sick ? Wait...don't tell me you're...." she paused . I nodded . "OMG ." she hugged me . We went to the living room and sit at the sofa to have a chat .

"So how are you gonna tell Luhan ?" omma asked . "Ermm...oh ya...his birthday is on Friday . How about we have a party ? Maybe this would be my birthday present for him" I said . "Good idea . So what's your plan ... Tomorrow is Thursday ."she said . "I only have tomorrow . Ermmm tomorrow I'll go buy present for him with the twins then I'll also find some birthday decoration so on Friday it wouldn't be so rushing . So Friday I just have to bake cake and I'll decorate the house with the twins ." I said . "Should omma help ?" "Nope . Omma you're a guest . It should be me who decorate the house" I laughed . "Ok then omma will call your mommy and in-laws ." "Neh" I said . After done talking for hours , it's already evening . I drove back home .

On the way home , I said to the twins , "Hansook , Hansoo , appa birthday is on Friday ." "Jinja ? So we gonna have a party" the twins cheered . "Yes . We gonna decorate the house . So tomorrow we will go shopping ok . Don't remind appa about his birthday . I think he forgot" I said . "Ok . Omma. But omma we wanna buy for appa present but we got no money" they pouted . "omma will pay for both of you" I smiled . "Ok"

Third Person's POV

As usual , I'll stalked Luhan and Nana . I was in the car outside of their house . Once Luhan have left the house , I waited in the car to see Nana . 'She might go to the supermarket right ? Should be...then , I should just wait here' I thought . I waited for a few minutes but I was curious what she was doing so I decided to get down . When I was about to go down , I saw she came out of her house with her twins and went inside the car . I smirked . "I'm gonna stalk you , you stupid bitch" I smirked .

"Aishh this car....where is Nana's car..tsk" the car in front of me cut me and I lost Nana's car for a moment . Then , I found her car back . "There you are" I smirked . I followed her closely . 'Where is this ?' I thought . I looked at her and the twins . I clenched my fist . "I should have a family like that with Luhan" I said . "Wait Nana ...I'll make sure Luhan will be mine" I said . Suddenly , I saw Nana going out of the house .

"Aishh this girl . Where is she going again" I frowned . Again , I followed her closely . 'Hospital ? Why is she here ?' I thought . I disguised myself and followed her in . She's going for blood test and also urine test . 'Is she...OMG...this cannot be ... She cannot get pregnant...No...I'm gonna kill that baby and her . I'm gonna kill both of them . I'm back ! And I'll make sure I'll get whatever I wanted in the first place' I thought and smirked .
