After school, you had gone to the library to research more about the miraculous, thought you were failing miserably. You couldn't find any books that had useful information, only theories and things you already knew. You were searching for answers to the questions your stubborn kwami wouldn't answer.

"Ugh! I can't find anything," you sighed as you looked to Kyan who was sitting on your shoulder, "can't you just answer my questions?"

"Nu-uh, it's not like I'm doing this because I want to, it's for other reasons," he replied.

"And those would be..?" You questioned, hoping you could trick him into answering.

"All I can say is it's for you to learn," the creature looked through your little scheme.

"Why do you have to be so wise?" You groaned as you lied yourself on the table you were sitting at. Kyan had flown off of your shoulder, trying not to fall down with you.

"Hey, be careful with the merchandise!" He reprimanded.

"Merchandise? All I see is a cute little stubborn kitten that can't give me answers for some unknown reason," you retorted as you lifted your head up to look at him.

"Maybe that-" Kyan was cut off by someone walking into the library as he zoomed into your pocket/bag.

"Hey Y/—uh- person!" Cat Noir had stumbled over his words as he saw you. By now, you had been sitting up and seeing Cat right now probably wasn't a good sign.

"Is there another akuma attack?" You asked.

"Ye—" he was cut off as someone else came bursting through the door, "I gotta get you somewhere safe!"

The hero had picked you up in a swift motion, carrying you bridal style and running out to find a safe spot for you to hide. You guys had lost the villain as they were still searching for Cat Noir in the building he had just jumped out of through the window.

"Where's Ladybug?" You questioned as he set you down in an ally way.

"She's late, I'm not exactly sure where she is," Cat replied, "I gotta keep this guy at bay, I'll come back for you!"

And with that, Cat Noir had left to find the akumatized person. Kyan zoomed out of your bag as you looked into each other's eyes knowing exactly what the other was thinking.

"Kyan! Time to roar!" You whisper-yelled as you transformed. First your mask appeared, then the rest of your attire and weapons, "I wonder who this villain is."

You had used your wip to climb on to the buildings that created the ally to get a better view of where the fight could be taking place. You spotted Cat Noir and Ladybug, who had finally showed up, fighting the villain. Slime was being thrown left and right as the villain laughed like a little kid.

"Don't be like this little guy!" Ladybug yelled as she zoomed away with her yoyo to dodge a ball of slime that was just thrown in her direction.

"What did I miss?" You asked as you ran into battle.

"Oh! Nothing, I'm just kinda in a sticky situation!" Cat Noir yelled, half joking but mostly proving a point as you just noticed him stuck to a building with slime.

"Eh..." You deadpanned as you grabbed a wip to hit back a slime ball that was about to hit you, "did you use your lucky charm!?"

"Not yet!" Ladybug yelled back.

"You can't defeat me! Even with your lucky charm if you had it," their voice sounded like a little kid's, "Slimer is here only to have eternal fun with slime! To do that I must take your miraculous!"

"That's your name? Not very creative, but points for your intentions," you said as you dodged another slime ball.

"My name doesn't matter! You'll never catch me!" They ran off, more like flew off using the slime like a jet.

"We have to go after them!" Ladybug yelled to both you and Cat Noir.

"I would happily oblige, but I'm kinda stuck here!" Cat retorted sarcastically.

"Just use your cataclysm, idiot," you said as you followed Ladybug.

"Oh right. I have that," you heard the said 'idiot' realize.

The Slimer was still throwing slime almost everywhere. You could tell that they were a kid with parents that wouldn't let them play with slime. At least that's what you thought.

'Held down, he may frown, but to save the city, you must not pity the pin, for it will only hurt Paris within.'

'Aha!' you thought after receiving the prophecy.

"Ladybug! It's in the pin!" You had no idea why a kid would have the item but didn't question it further, for you had a much more important task.

"How do you know?" She questioned as you both chased the villain.

"I have my ways," you replied, "use your lucky charm!"

"I'm trusting you!" The spotted hero said, "lucky charm!"

She received a jar of slime, the type you by at stores and play with.

"Fighting something...with the same thing," you deadpanned as Ladybug came up with an idea.

"A distraction!" She exclaimed as you both stopped at a building that hid you from where the Slimer had stopped.

"Heya!" Cat Noir arrived at that moment.

"About time," you said.

"Cat! Perfect timing. I need you to distract Slimer for me," Ladybug told him as you both knew she had a plan.

"On it, m'lady," the black clothed hero complied to her command, "yoohoo! Slimer! Have you ever seen a cat tap dance?"

"Now, Khan, I'm gonna do my part. Cover me if it doesn't go to plan," the pokadotted hero ran off to finish her plan as you made sure everything went smoothly, basically just watching.

"Bye bye little butterfly!" The had defeated the villain and you felt like you barely did anything, "miraculous ladybug!"

"You guys did well," you praised them as you walked over to them. Cat Noir was helping the de-akumatized civilian up from the ground.

"You did good as well," Ladybug replied.

"But I barely did anything.." your stance slumped a bit but you straitened up at her next few words.

"You did alot, you knew where the akuma was, you helped me come up with a plan and helped Cat Noir realized he could get himself out of the situation he was in," she encouraged as your miraculous' blinked, signaling your time was almost up.

"Thank you."

"Crap! I forgot about her," you heard Cat Noir in the background, "I need to go check up on Y/n."

"Well, we all should be heading off, bye!" You said as you lassoed up onto a roof and ran to the ally you were in earlier, doing some stunts along the way.

"Kyan, quiet down," you said as you detransformed once you were safely on the ground.

"You did—"

"Sorry, but you gotta hide. We'll talk later," you cut Kyan off before he could speak. He listened, knowing full well Cat Noir would be there in a bit.

"Y/n!" You heard Cat call for you, "are you ok?"

"Yeah I'm fine," you replied as he got infront of you, "aren't you about to detransform?"

"Oh, yeah, but I gotta get you home—"

"I can get home myself," you replied, "you need to keep your identity a secret."

"Thanks," he replied.

"Bye!" You said as you started your trek home.
