There she was my princess walking down stairs with Roxy her head held high my eyes fixed purely on her she walked down grace and poise its like they had an enchanted spell on them that compelled you to look when I look at her dress I felt my pants tighten, the dress flowed freely and the material almost allowed you to see into those thighs and it cupped her breasts perfectly making me wish my hands were on those and I wanted to pull her right then and there and kiss her senselessly but I knew I didn't have the right not after she saw me kiss Mia I was trying to prove to myself that I didn't need her and oh boy was I wrong look where that got me, Hades was mad at me he hasn't talked to me since the incident and well my princess acts like she is fine but those walls that were the when I first met her are back in place they were not down completely but at least it was something now it was back to square one because I had decided to be a fool, I walked up to her and held my hand out since she was date for the night , I whispered in her ear,"you look beautiful gattina" with that small practiced smile in her face "thank Axl you also look handsome" the smile was still on her face but her eyes held no emotion and that's when I knew I fucked up bad I was going to have to grovel for as long as it took. I led her to the car and drove out to the ball the only sound in the car was the sound of the radio I stole glances now and again while she kept looking outside the window without saying in I parked the car by the side of the road and turned to her "Gattina am sorry I wasn't thinking when I did that please forgive me" she looked at me "the mighty Axl Cafferelli saying sorry, you don't have to apologize you don't owe me anything me and we  are not together so you can do what ever you like with who ever you want" with that smile on her face she turned to face outside again, she was really upset with me and sorry was not going to cut it with one last look in her direction I started the car and we went on with our journey, I got to the venue and kept my usual blank face and went to open the door for Aelle who still had that fake smile on her face letting out a deep breath she hooked her arm into mine and we both walked in while the paparazzi flashed their cameras in our faces asking questions about who Aella was, we made our way into the ball and the air shifted the king was in we were ushered in by the this year's host Antonio Romano, "welcome Mr Cafferelli who might this gorgeous lady be" he says while holding his hand out I shake his hand and he moves on to Aelle and he kisses her hand while she smiles at him and I fight the urge to rip his head off, I continue socializing with these useless man while Aelle talks with Roxy and Amy I listen to these men do some ass kissing to me in order to gain favors from me. I continue to mingle and after a while I find my way back to Aella I find her with some ladies and I borrow her and I don't miss the looks I get from the ladies she was with and most importantly the looks these horny man were giving her it was taking everything in me to control Hades who was more than ready to gage their eyes out for looking at our mate. I turned my attention to the man in the room while I argued with Hades to go after her after a good five minutes we heard multiple gun shots go off and each one of us grabbed our guns to go check. We ran frantically towards where we heard the gun shots to find Aelle with a man on her knee bending upwards ready to snap his neck, "give me one good reason why I shouldn't snap your useless neck you fucker" Luka and me pushed to the front slowly approaching her "princessa let him go" I said raising my hands up in surrender  and with that her grip tightened on his neck I looked at Luka for backup "A, let him go you can't afford to start a war let him go and think rationally" the more we talked the more she pushed her hands down his neck on her knee ready to snap his head off after a few minutes with the crowd that had formed around her eyes snapped to mine and in a tone I have never had her use before" give me one good reason why I should not just snap his neck and if you I hear the word war I will snap his head before you can even blink "she let out a humor less laugh" its been a while since I have went to war so snapping him is a good idea" Roxy pushed around a group of people also with Amy following her. She had this look in her eyes a weary look like she was also scared "Aella let him go please, she looked at her again" Shaina let him go" she laughed" where is the fun in that " Shaina" Roxy repeated "you no fun" she sighed and let go of him.
