When I returned to our classroom after I got a phone call from the owner of my new condo unit, I suddenly noticed that Benjie, Kevin, and Gun were not in our classroom because as far back as I can remember, they were still here before I went out earlier to answer the call from the condominium where I was staying but no matter what I look for in them here in our classroom I can't find them so I thought approach Jelai to ask him where they went.

"Jelai, where's Benjie, Kevin, and Gun?" (I asked Jelai as my eyes still look around inside of our classroom.)

"Well,  when you came out earlier to answer your phone. Benjie hurriedly pulled Kevin and Gun to go somewhere." (Jelai told me as she reviewed her notes for the upcoming prelim exam.)

"Geez! Did he (Benjie) notice my plan?!" (I speak in my mind as I am secretly annoyed at Benjie.)

"Okay, I see... I have to go,  I need to find them no matter what happens!" (I told Jelai as I felt worried for myself.)

But before I move my feet to look for Benjie and his friend. Jelai suddenly spoke to me: "Are you planning to interrupt Benjie with his studies so that he can't succeed in Kevin's challenge to get a perfect score of all subjects for the upcoming prelim examination?"

"No, why would I do that? ha~ha~ha(Awkward laugh)." (I told Jelai as I felt sweaty and nervous as I keep my eyes avoiding her glance at me.)

"Kaito, I can see in your eyes that you really don't want to date Benjie but in this situation, it's no longer about Kevin's challenge to Benjie that if Benjie can pass all the subjects in the upcoming prelim examination you will let him I date you because the most important thing and the main point of Kevin's challenge are to raise Benjie's grades, and even if you don't want to date with Benjie, let me just remind you that you are Benjie's study buddy and as his study buddy, you have a responsibility to help him raise his grades in the upcoming prelim examination but I'm not saying that being Benjie's study buddy is what gives me the right to tell you that you need to help Benjie, I just want to let you know that besides being Benjie's study buddy, you and Benjie are friends and as his friend, you need to help and support him with whatever challenges he faces and besides, it's fun to think that Benjie is doing all this just to be with you, and the love Benjie shows for you is something we rarely see nowadays because Benjie's love for you is pure and unparalleled so hopefully one day, you will learn to appreciate it." (Jelai told me with a smile on her lips.)
