Mew's POV
------------------------------------
His words kept echoing in my mind, I didn't know that he was such modest ordinary person letting others talk about his work whatever they want, he give it his all to captivate his readers and that's what matters to him, he looked so normal unlike any famous people, so different from me truthfully and he is so honest.
The food he cooked was extremely tasty and he seem the kind of person who take care of his health and himself, his house is always clean and he looks fresh, he must be planning well his every day, when he wakes up when he works and when he sleeps, the writer is a patient person too, he never looked annoyed while I kept asking him, I can't hide that I'm feeling a little ashamed right now.
Since I became well known I only relied on my talent and skills while acting, I never asked anyone's help nor even someone's opinion, looking back I don't thing that I have ever tried to completely understand the character I'm playing, I always follow the script and imagine the rest on my own, no one have ever advice me about acting since middle school, well it's more like I've never let the chance to anyone to do so.
Unlike me who always felt superior and at the top, Gulf was so open and humble, living a simple life, he looked like he does enjoy writing, it wasn't just a source of living for him, he keeps his books well arranged and maintained, he is friendly and he always get surround as soon as he appears, like now, the moment he came to the workshop all the actors jumped greeting him and asking him while he welcomed them with a soft real smile.
Ah, I can't believe that I kept thinking about him, although his words hit me hard, almost slapped me awake, realizing those things at this age is kind of embarrassing but it's better late than never... I looked to my script reading the inspector's lines, memorising them by heart, I still have a lot to learn about this man but I already got the general idea about his personality.
I kept training on my scene with the camera man who was searching for the perfect angle yet I was watching Gulf from the corner of my eyes who was walking for group to another explaining things to them and helping them during performing, honestly I couldn't ignore him; Before leaving we talked and decided to meet on Friday
Days passed quickly and I'm sitting in his living room right now waiting for him to finish taking a shower, as soon as I finished I came straight to his house to find myself one hour and half earlier than our initial time yet he welcome me and even told me to feel free to use anything I want.
"sorry for making you wait"
"you know you can go and wear you clothes, I don't mind waiting for another 10 minutes" I said after seeing him standing just in his boxers and drying his hair
"I told I always go around like this at home especially after a bath" he said walking closer
"or is it you are so aware and shy about seeing another man like this" he said mockingly
"stupid, I don't mind if you even walk around completely naked" he smirked
"good then, what do you want to drink?"
"anything strong to keep me awake and focused"
"alright" some time later, he came putting a tray in front of me, I took my cup sipping a little bit from the still hot tea, it was rich and had a malty flavor that woke me up
"it's a good tea but a little bitter"
"I didn't add sugar in it since I put some cookies to go with the tea" he said pointing to the small plate that has chocolate chips bite cookies, I leaned to take one piece of biscuit yet I misjudged my position and the tea slid down my shirt making me jump since it was hot, I held my shirt to keep it away from my skin yet I could feel it sliding down making me groan in pain
