Chapter 3 - The anouncement
Our principal. Mrs.P. called for a short meeting by class. Mrs.P entered our classroom.
"Does anyone knows why i'm here" She asked. " uhm. no ma'am" one of my classmates answered.
" i'am here to inform you that the King has called out schools to seek for one representative to go in search of the Dragon's sword" she said. The room was filled with murmurs. " now. now" she added " those who wants to join the try outs can put their names in the glass pyramid" then she left our classroom. she left it with whisphers, confusion, and curious minds.
"Hey! Wanna Join?" Drake asked me. "uhm. i don't think so it seems dangerous" irefused " c'mon, bro! be a man!" he said " i'll think about it " i replied.
the school passed out. and i took the bus going home with drake. still thinking if i'd join. "Gotta go Bro" i said to drake then i went down the bus.
i entered the house. My mom was preparing dinner while dad is in front of the t.v. then i heard my little sister cru upstairs. "Oh. i guesa she heard your home" my mom said as i rushed upstairs. "hey. sweetie" i greeted as i entered and picked her up "How was school Marcy?" she said in her cute little voice while wipping her tears off " oh, it was fine dear. you'd be with me in school one day" i said. she smiled. and hugged me. " I love you Marcy" she said while pinching my cheeks " i love you too dear". she yawned and i let her sleep by my shoulder and put her on her bed.
" she didn't sleep the whole day dear" mom said and added " she said she was waiting for you" i smiled. and ate dinner. my sister is the best. i would beat up anyone who would hurt her. an if ever anyone would court her in the future. He has to go through me.
i finnished dinner and headed upstairs and took a warm shower. then down i fell asleep on my bed.
