The next day, Calista was walking up to the Charming loft nervously and she knocked on the door. David opened the door and he stepped aside as Calista walked in.

"H-Has Emma told you?" Calista asked as she saw Emma.

"About Hook killing my father and you just standing there letting him? Yeah, she's told me," David said.

"I...It was a long time ago, w...We've changed," Calista said.

"Then why are you and not him? Didn't your brother have to guts to come and tell me himself?" David asked.

Calista looked at Emma, "You haven't told him?" Calista asked.

"Told me what?" David asked.

"There's more. Hook... He left town," Emma said.

"What?" David said.

"We had a big fight about him hiding this and I told him if he wasn't ready to trust me, then we shouldn't talk for a while, so I guess he wasn't ready because Leroy saw him on the docks and he got on the Nautilus and just sailed away," Emma said.

"Emma, I'm so sorry," David said and pulled her into a hug.

Emma sighed, "Thanks, Dad," Emma said.

Calista looked at them, "I can... I can leave you both to it," Calista said.

"No, we still need to talk," David said.

"Okay..." Calista said and nodded.

David pulled away from Emma and looked at Calista, "What happened that night?" David asked.

"Pleasure Island used to have a lot of tradings with Pan and in order for us to stay alive, we did the tradings for him. We were heading back to ship and heard George's guards saying they were going to kill someone. Killian saw the gold and that was it really for all of us, pirates and jewels, you know the drill with them," Calista said.

"Yeah, I know," David said and folded his arms.

"A-Anyway... The guards went to kill your father after they had poured booze over him. I killed the guards and Killian killed your father, in his own way of protecting himself and me... Which I know doesn't excuse what he's done... I...I didn't tell you because I thought since Killian was gonna ask Emma to marry him, she must've known or he was going to tell her, but... I-I guess not," Calista said.

"Why didn't you stop him?" David asked.

"I can stop Killian Jones, I can't stop Captain Hook, no matter what anyone says and back then, we were two completely different people. We did not care who we killed or what we took, we just did it," Calista said.

"Okay... Okay," David said and nodded.

"Come on we should all get to work," Emma said.

"We?" Calista asked.

"Yeah, you're still the detective," Emma said.

"Oh... Oh, alright..." Calista said.

"You look like you need to go something other than figure out what your son is planning to do next," Emma said.

"My family, complicated," Calista said.

"Hey, Henry's connected to your family," Emma said.

"Aye, that he is," Calista said and walked out of the loft with them.
