This book is coming to an end.. I can't believe it... It's my first ever book and to be honest I'm so proud of it, but I'll keep the emo speech for the end! Enjoy this chapter!

Camila POV

A few weeks passed and Shawn and I were going to go to my parents this weekend. I was so excited! In the last past weeks we’he been every day at the security department and tried to figure out what that guy was. I mean, he for sure wasn't a human, but we couldn't find anything... Shawn and I didn't even have time to go to that Josephine and find out what happened to Marissa the other night. We woke up every day at 7am, went to the security department, stayed there till 9pm, got home and went to bed. We were pretty exhausted, but we looked forward to the weekend when we were gonna see my family! Have I already saud how excited I am? If I did, I say it again: I'm so EXCITED!

Today is Thursday so we have to survive today and tomorrow and then we deserve our break.

We are at the security department at the moment and Spencer is pretty pissed off that us, the leaders, kinda took over her job. But who cares about why Spencer is pissed off or not? She's always pissed off!

I spoke to Miranda and I asked if Shawn and I couls leave today at 7pm so we could finally talk to Josephine and she allowed it. She even insisted we leave tomorrow to my parents, but I felt bad to say yes. So I told her we gonna come tomorrow to work too.

,,Did the also take a blood sample? We can analyse it and see what are the differences between human blood and his." I said to Layla.

,,From what I know, they did. Ask Teegan. She's the expert in that subject." Layla said and continued to work on some other things.

Layla and I got pretty close in the last past weeks. She's 22 and became like a big sister to me. She started to spend a lot of time with me, Aaliyah and Stephanie. In the weekends, when we had a little bit of time, Shawn and I would meet up with Stephanie, Aaliyah, Jamie, Michael and Marissa. We all didn't really like Marissa, but she was special for Michael so we were nice to her. In the last few weeks, we haven't visited Shawn’s parents, but Shawn, Aaliyah and I planned to see them in the next weekend.

,,Do you know where Teegan is?" I asked Layla.

,,Probably in the laboratory." She said while she was concentrating on her job.

I decided to not disturb her any longer and went to search for Teegan.

I went to the laboratory and saw her there together with Juliet.

,,Hey? I was wondering if you took a sample from his blood to see if it's genetically different than the human blood." I said to Teegan.

,,That's what we're doing now." She said and laughed at the coincidence.

,,And what have you seen by now?" I asked.

,,Well... Where should I start?.... It's pretty similar to the human blood, but it has some particles that make it different. That explains his neon eyes."

,,How does that explain his eyes?" Juliet asked confused.

,,Well, the iris of his eyes was transparent so the color of his eyes was actually the color of his blood. See." She said and showed us his blood. ,,It's the same color."

,,I didn't really understand anything, but go on." Juliet said and we all laughed.

,,Me neither. Don't worry." I said and we laughed again.
