LISA
A lot had happened after the spread of news around our kinds. All things change including how they act around. Their clans had been hiding especially their leaders behind.and in exception of the ones left behind, their new generations.
The community that was once control by them became careful after the deaths of their people. Not to mention, they've became wary, and extra conscious about their actions.
The three is already known after the incident but we never expected that everyone will be bowing nor kneeling for us. They got themselves an empire to run now and as for me, I am not yet in need.
In a month or so I spent days with our enemies, and I've gotten to know a few of them. Not as one of the stryx but as a newbie, newcomer in their town. No one knew about me, and we have now our roles to play.
As much as I don't like to leave the three of them, I needed to stay away but still we communicate. The more known they get the more attention nor eyes that are watching them so, we resorted to this kind of solution until we found all who leader behind the coup d'etat or it is necessary for me to appear by then.
"Thinking so deep?" I quickly glance at her but didn't really move where I am sitting.
"Silent treatment?" I feel her sit beside me, and grab the coffee in my hand.
"What are you doing?" I asked and watch her drink my coffee.
"Why do you love this kind of drink?" I sigh.
"Aren't you supposed in your work or - " I gulp when she look at me seriously and barely grip the coffee cup.
"Is it really wrong for me to walk around sometimes?" She stated before looking at the opposite side.
"Not really. But are you alone?" I ask while looking around. She never really get out of their territory without her minions lurking around.
"I am always alone Lisa." She whispered, her voice is lace with sadness and longingness.
"Since I am here, you can say you're not alone now." I sincerely said, and surely enough, for the first time she smiled but faded away too soon.
"You can say that. Do you always come here?" She asked as she drink another from my cup.
"Seriously, you're drinking - - -."
"Why? Are you disgusted that it is me you're sharing with?" I sigh and bore my gaze on her.
"What's that suppose to mean Irene?" She cackled before rolling her eyes on me.
"Are you thinking that we're having an indirect kiss?" I couldn't tell what she's thinking upon meeting my gaze but a feint smile on her lips is making me feel thrilled.
"Well, that's what I learned abroad." I chuckled along with her as I watch her eyes traveled down to my neck.
"Your necklace. Where did you get them?" She casually move closer and touch them. I even gulp as soon as her eyes move up and meet mine.
"It was given to me." She smiled but I could see that she's faking it.
"Maybe it's just coincidence then." She whispered before standing up and look at me.
"I am curious about you. Would you like to walk along?" I couldn't say I am happy but I am curious as well.
"I am planning to do it. So, shall we go then?" She remained wearing her poker face, yet I find it more attractive.
"Why are you so aloof of me?" I asked since its been minutes yet still no one bother to speak.
"I am not." She look away when I cackled.
