Chapter 4: The Xiumin Syndrome.

The both slept next to each other, without clothes on. Xiumin then woke up. He stared at So Jin for awhile before getting ready to go back home and prepare for school. He didn't bare to wake So Jin wake seeing how late they went to sleep last night. Xiumin couldn't forget how sweet So Jin's lip. Xiumin the headed home.

Xiumin's POV:
I couldn't believe I actually did that to So Jin. What if she found out that god damn secret I have been hiding forever? What if she leaves me? A thousand questions popped up in my head while walking home. I should have resisted myself yesterday. If she finds out what family background I came from, she would have gotten really mad for I was not honest with her. Aish, it's was a mistake yesterday.

NARRATOR:
Although Xiumin regretted his actions when he did some rational thinking, he couldn't forget So Jin's tender kisses and how perfect her body is in proportion. That image is planted in his mind, which he couldn't get it off for the rest of his life.

So Jin woke up a bit later than Xiumin and realize she was about to be late for school. She showered and dressed up for school. It was until she stepped out of her room then she find Xiumin missing. He even left one side of his socks behind. So Jin laughed shyly upon seeing one side of his socks lying there, on the entrance of her room. She then rushed towards the mini bus stop near her house. While running there, she find someone who is wearing a HBA hoodie with long dark denim jeans and a converse black coloured high cut sneakers. That guy was having headphones on with a neon coloured bag. " Xiumin! " So Jin called out, although she still feel awkward after yesterday. There was no response.

So Jin then started running faster and when stepped into the bus stop, she tapped on Xiumin's shoulders while panting. Xiumin turned around to see So Jin panting. " Oh, are you okay? " Xiumin asked with a concerned looked. " I... I'm.. Just ... Afraid that I miss.. The bus. " So Jin explained while panting. Xiumin then took out his water bottle and offered to So Jin. So Jin instinctively took it and gulped down mouthful of water, although she was silva conscious. " Thank you." So Jin said, while looking into Xiumin's dark brown coloured pupils. Xiumin looked back. The two of them shared a brief of intimacy when the bus came. The two of them boarded the bus, holdings their hands together, interlocked. The bus soon became crowded and sadly their campus is at the last stop. Loads of people boarded and alighted. Just then the bus jerked due a man's sudden jaywalk. So Jin then fall sidewards and landed right in front of Xiumin's chest. So Jin he's chest so secure and safe. He gives her a secured feelings. So Jin wanted to stand up back to where she originally was, but Xiumin loosen his hands away from So Jin and wrapped his hands around So Jin's shoulders, hinting her to stay where she was. So Jin blushed, but stayed where she was.

When they reach the campus, they held hands all the way to their classroom. They couldn't stop staring at each other in class and kept reminding each other about the hot night they shared last night. In the middle of History class, So Jin's phone vibrated. She ignored it because she was half way in class. But it kept vibrating and it irritated her. She then asked for permission to the washroom.

She stepped into a cubicle, locked in and took out and old looking phone which she has been using for the past 5 years. She opened it and find that she had 5 calls and 16 text messages from and unknown number. " Who would text and call me at this time? " So Jin wondered. She opened each messages and read them.

The rest below is just those text messages from the anonymous person.

" Leave my son alone. "
" Don't going near my son. "
" Don't go closer to him. "
" Stop pestering him. "
Etc. The rest of the messages meant the same thing. They were all asking or to say treatening So Jin to leave " his/her son" . But the last message caught So Jin's attention.
" Stop going closer to him or you'll suffer the same fate as your parents "
So Jin started to be afraid. " No one knows what happened to my parents except myself and some of my relatives overseas. Their son isn't anywhere near me nor am I close with them." So Jin wondered and the rushed back to class. For the rest of the day, her phone vibrated now and then but she didn't dare to open them...
