Izuku- (13)
You do have a limit on how many direct wishes you can make in a day, so when you crossed the threshold of acceptability the universe decided to kill you. You literally almost died. You went into critical condition and they had to keep a constant watch over you at the hospital. It took three days for you to wake up and your dad was a mess. He told you everything that had happened to you; heart attack, multiple migraines, vomiting, a dangerous adrenaline rush, and some minor injuries. He told you that you were lucky to even be alive right now, let alone awake. He told you to never do that again and you distantly agreed as you tried to process everything he told you.

Bakugo- (7)
You apparently teleported too many times, because you couldn't control almost any aspect of your quirk anymore. You were like a scared animal, lashing out as you tried to stop teleporting. Your voice wouldn't come out of its staticy state and your body wouldn't decide if it was supposed to be on the ground or not. You don't remember anything before Katsuki caught you in a blanket and held you really tight, even as you seemed to blink out of existence for split moments. When you did calm down you just cried as your dad held you, assuring you that these things happen. After that you stopped teleporting instead of walking around the house.

Iida- (12)
It was like an asthma attack, really. Someone in class let you use their inhaler and it worked very well. When Tenya learned what happened he got you an inhaler and you two planned out how to avoid overworking yourself in the future.

Uraraka- (10)
You were curious to see if you could use animal blood instead of human blood, so you used a rabbit to help with your experiment. Your quirk does not work with animals. Quite the opposite, actually. Instead, your quirk backfires and you can't breath anymore. You were brought to the emergency room and were treated as if you had an allergic reaction. Your mom scolded you for doing something so stupid and you just sighed. Back to the drawing board.

Todoroki- (5)
It was when your quirk first manifested. Because your body wasn't used to your quirk yet, you got stuck in the wall of your force fields and lost blood flow to your arm, almost loosing it. Your dad ended up having to burn you in order for you to drop your quirk before your arm fell off. He felt so bad but you were just glad you were free from that dumb prison.

Tsu- (6)
You were stuck in a never ending nightmare. You were down for six days and Tsu had brought you to the hospital. When they put quirk surpresents on you as a last resort it took you another day just to wake up. When you did wake up you ran to your momma and cried in her arms for hours, Tsu never even thinking about letting you go. You stayed another night at the hospital and your momma slept in the hospital bed with you to keep you calm.

Kirishima- (10)
You were more confused than anything when you couldn't produce anything. And then you fainted. Yeah, it turns out that your power works off of the solids and liquids you consume and changes those into what you need it to. So, you were in bed for the rest of the day as Eijiro gently scolded you every time he brought in a glass of water or a plate of food for you. You weren't allowed to use your quirk for a week, the doctors claiming it was for safety reasons. You know, just in case. Your dad can't be mad forever, but you thought he would be when you woke up from your exhaustion.

Kaminari- (11)
You wanted to experiment. One day you walked up to your dad and asked what would happen if you took in his electricity, as you can suck on batteries like he does and you both absorb the electricity around you. He didn't see any problem with that and you two sat down to try. As soon as you took his hand you shouted in pain and jumped back, holding your hand. He asked if you were okay and you both checked over your hand to see a giant burn mark in the center of your palm. You couldn't touch anything with that hand for a week and had to constantly ice it. On the bright side, you learned you can't take electricity from others.

Mina- (8)
You wanted to see what would happen if you tried to stop an entire river section. Bad idea. Not only was it a bad idea to do it, it was a bad idea not to tell your mom that you were doing it. The water actually had a physical effect on you, even with you not being close enough to even be touched by it. It was like a wave crashed over you, sending you sprawling on the forest floor. When Mina heard you shout she rushed away from the campsite to where you were. She found you on the ground and how scratched up you were. You tried to explain what happened and she was just as confused as you were freaked out. You'd have to slowly build up how much you could stop.

Sero- (12)
It was just like overworking yourself at the gym. Your body was so sore the next day that it was hard to perform basic tasks. Sero asked you about how hard you worked yourself before helping you plan a better workout routine to keep your body at peek condition.

Jiro- (6)
You were trying so hard to surpress your bad luck. You didn't care that you were hurting, as long as no one else was hurt because of you. That is until you woke in the hospital. You didn't know how you'd gotten there but you were just relieved when the nice nurse explained what the bracelets on your wrists were. When Kyoka came into your room you were scared, seeing her sour expression. She sat next to you and assured you that you weren't in trouble. She told you that, if you were so scared of your quirk, the nurses said you could keep the surpresent bracelets. You actually cried. You loved your Kyoma so much.

Momo-
You can't really overuse your quirk, since it is just an advanced instinct.

Tokoyami- (13)
You pulled an all nighter to get your homework done. You were doing it last minute because you'd been very busy the past week. Very bad idea. As your brain needs to be able to function correctly in order for your quirk to work, if you don't let it rest every night your quirk ends up backfiring and you can't really do anything. Your father saw this and just decided you needed sleep, telling you to go take a nap instead of going to school. You slept until the next morning and felt better than ever.

Shinso- (5)
Sounds aren't allowed, apparently. Shinso wasn't there to experience it but you'd tried having your imaginary friends talk when your quirk first manifested. Instead of them talk you just got a really bad headache and ended up throwing up. The doctors called it mental strain, which is very common for quirks that rely solely on your brain. Shinso was told this when he adopted you and took it to heart.
