The Order, a Clementine X Male Reader Story

Chapter II: Hidden

You walk into the Jedi High Council Chamber, seeing everyone standing in front of their seats. You walk over to your seat and you remain standing.

You look across from you, seeing Clementine looking at you. You look at everyone, seeing them speaking to each other. You look back at Clementine and you sneak a smile. She smiles back with a slight blush.

You look away when you hear the doors open. You all look to see Grandmaster Yoda walk in with his cane. You all do a respectful bow.

He makes it to his bowl seat.

Yoda: Please be seated. He says, sitting down.

You all sit.

You look at Aasim.

You: Please bring up the holo-map.

He nods. He presses a button on his armrest, bringing up the holo-map of the galaxy.

Master Omar: We've suspected a large number of force sensitive beings on Felucia. He says, as Aasim zooms in on Felucia's system. We've sent out a scout mission to request the natives for a search.

Master Louis: With their permission, of course.

Master Mitch: I still believe we should enforce emotion testing. If we pick the wrong people, it could destroy the Jedi like it did before the war.

Master Clem: We can't sense people's emotions without their knowledge; it's an invasion of privacy.

Master Mitch: Since when has anything been private involving the Jedi? I can't even sleep without getting the feeling like I'm being watched or sensed.

Master Violet: You should be feeling that, regardless. It kept me alive before the Rebellion was formed.

Master Mitch: And the rebels WON, and we're STILL on edge!

You: Enough. You say, sternly. We've already taken so many freedoms from the order, now we have to worry if someone's sensing how we FEEL? How much more do you need to take before you can sleep at night, Mitch?

Grandmaster Yoda: Failed, the old ways did. A new era, it is. One we must all adapt to.

Master Willy: Except we still have a few of the old rules.

Grandmaster Yoda looks at you.

Grandmaster Yoda: Work, they will... As long as they're followed...

You look down.

[Time Skip]

After the meeting, everyone walks out. You lean on a pillar outside the chamber. Mitch walks out. You both glare at each other as he walks away.

Clementine walks by. She makes sure everyone's walked around the corner, before turning back abs running up to you. You catch her in your arms and you both kiss. After a few seconds, she pulls out of the kiss.

Clem: I've wanted to do that for a while.

You: You were gone for so long, I wish we had spent more time with each other before you left.

Clem: So do I. We should just try again, try to convince them that this rule is madness.

You: You know what would happen if we did.

Clem: I know, but if anyone were to convince anyone, it'd be you and the Grandmaster.

You: I want to, Clementine; don't think for a second that I don't. But if it doesn't work, they'll all know, and we'll be branded as traitors.

Clem: I didn't see anyone else in the chamber who took on Vader. If anyone would be a traitor, it'd be Mitch for trying to enforce more of the old rules.

You: Clementine...this is the best we can get... But I don't need our relationship to be out in the open for me to be in love with you... If this is our lives, then this is our lives, as long as I know I get to spend it with you.

Clementine looks down.

You: Hey... You say, lifting her chin up to look her in the eyes. I love you...

She smiles. She kisses you.

Clem: I love you, too.

[With Luke]

After a day of training, Luke walks into his quarters, seeing AJ already asleep. He takes off his belt and hangs up. He sits down on his bed, taking off his boots.

He rubs his face in exhaustion as he sighs. He looks at his nightstand to see a necklace. He picks it up and looks at it. It's a replica of his mother's, given to her by his father. The Japor Snippet.

He smiles. He turns on a holopad on his nightstand, showing a hologram of Padmé Amidala, Luke's mother.

Luke never learned the truth about his father. Only that he was a good man, and misunderstood.

[Start Playing the Song at the Top]

He looks down at the necklace. He looks up to see AJ still asleep. He looks back down at the necklace and puts it on.

[Small Time Skip]

Luke sneaks through the woods towards a cliff that overlooks a river. There's a waterfall on the other side, and the stars brighten up the sky.

He takes out his father's old lightsaber.

*SSSKKK!*

He activates it and twirls it in his hand. He starts waving it around in the air, practicing his form, Shien/Djem So.

He softly slashes at the air. He dodges and slashes. He twirls it in his hand as he spins and force pulls a branch and pushes it towards another branch. He blocks fake attacks and slashes from the bottom up.

He force pushes a rock off the cliff and he throws his lightsaber into a tree. He force pulls the lightsaber in his hand.

He holds his lightsaber with both hands. He smiles. He closes his eyes and slowly raises the blade into the air. He points it down in front of him.

He opens his eyes. He sees stormtroopers around him. He starts slashing them left and right, deflecting their blaster bolts after every shot.

He throws his lightsaber and uses the force to cut through all of them with it.

He continues to deflect and duck every shot, until they all fall. He smiles with pride as he closes his eyes. He opens them, seeing no one there.

He sighs as he deactivates his lightsaber and clips it to his belt. He looks up at the sky, hoping for a future.

He turns around and starts heading back.

Up in the sky, what seems like a star, starts to become brighter and brighter.

Suddenly it falls to the surface of the planet.
