Kacchako When Positive Meets Negative

Chapter 1

I was snoring when something woke me up. I was ready float the offender into the literal fucking sun but I realized it was my stupid AlArm ClOcK. I quickly slip out of bed and put my uniform on, and head out ready for the sports festival!

Time skip because I'm lazy

"Hey Ur-ra raka!" Deku said sheepish as always. "Hey deku!" We walk into the arena and the events are announced. "The First event is....Team fighting!" Midnight said as everyone picked teams. I noticed Bakugou was left out so I invited him and deku to be on my team. He surprisingly accepted. "Now that you have your teams of 3....You get registered!" Midnight added as our awkward team walked to the register in silence. "Now you FIGHT YOUR PARTNERS!!" Midnight spoke. Everyone was bewildered, but I saw bakugou smirk. He said " Deku I'll kill you and Angel Face..I look forward to seeing you try and kick ass." I was surprised and looked to see deku with the same expression.

"First up is Todoroki, Iida, and Kaminari!" Midnight announced. My "team" went into the waiting rooms and Bakugou ditched me and deku. "Uraraka, you stand no chance against Kacchan, your best bet is to stick with me."Deku said confidently as if he knew what he was saying. At least bakugou respected me, deku straight up called me weak! "That's not tr-" I tried to stand up for myself when deku cut me off. "Uraraka your small and fragile and you can't fight I'll keep kacchan at bay while you stay safe."he said devising a plan. Ugh. We went back to the arena bleachers and heard Midnight say "Next up is Bakugou, Uraraka, and Midoriya!" bakugou was already walking without us and off instinct we ran to catch up. As soon as the fight began bakugou shot an explosion at deku immediately smacking him out of bounds. I ran towards bakugou and he tried to punch me but I dodged and punched him in the stomach.

He was winded for like 10 seconds and I floated him into the air. He used his explosions to propel himself downward and kicked me I'm the face. Wow, he treats me like a strong opponent and not like a fragile girl. I like that. As he kicked me I grabbed his leg and released him and he fell to the ground allowing me to pin him. But he used his explosions and made a bunch of debris. And that's when I found my master plan! I touched as much debris as I could and threw my jacket off as a distraction. I ran behind bakugou and floated him up high enough to be with the debris and before he knew it I released and he tumbled down. But he used his explosions to destroy the debris to make sure it didn't crush him. I was getting tired by the second, after lifting all that debris I was just exhausted. (Author's note in this urarakas drawback isn't that she gets nauseous and pukes but her energy is drained. The heavier the item the more energy that's drained).

I saw bakugou charging at me and I did the same but before we could reach each other we both collapsed. Everything went black.

Time skip in recovery girls office

I sat up and saw recovery girl in her chair examining something important before she turned around. "Oh deary I see your awake! I'm sorry that you have to share a bed but it was our only option. " I looked down and saw bakugou sleeping. I glanced across the room to find deku sleeping as well. "Its alright, thank you for doing so much for me, if you wouldn't mind telling me, who won the match?" I ask curiously. "It tied, you really are something else honey, but I'll leave you to rest." Recovery girl said as she left the room. As if on cue Bakugou woke up. "Oi round face, your amazing." Was the first thing he said. I blushed and our position hit me like a ton of bricks (or explosions 😁) We were sharing a small bed and he had his arm wrapped around me. "U-um b-bakugou why do you bully deku?" I ask. "You really wanna know?"he asks."Hell yea!" I answer jokingly. "Haha well when we were kids he was quirkless and he still stuck around me like he was my equal. But I knew I was stronger than him. When we hit middle school he said something that scared me. He said He would be stronger than me one day. I translated that as a you'll never outgrow me, no matter how hard you try well always be equals, and that's what scared me. Imagine rock bottom telling you that it will be above you, it's scary. So I avoided him, trying to nicely tell him "leave me alone, were not friends ." But he persisted it was so annoying and when he got his quirk, I didn't even bully him any more I just avoided him but he keeps rising up to me and that's why I hate him, he is rock bottom and he's catching up to me." he said. Wow I think I understand him. "I think we can be friends," i say. "Aren't you mad I equivalate your friend to rock bottom?" He asks. "No not at all, I understand. Ive had my share of experience with rock bottom.." I say as I lean close to his ear I say "and he's a bitch." He looks at me and I look at him. And we laugh, partly at our pain and partly at our humor. This laughing fit of ours wakes deku up. "Ochaco meet me at my dorm at 5:30am tomorrow. I want you to train with me." "Hehe alright katsu~" I say trying to be funny. This starts another laughing fit. That is until deku interrupts
