Hey guys, so here is the next chapter, sorry for the long wait, I have been more into my one-shot book recently, I just wanted to update this book, hope it was worth the wait, also if you would go check out my one-shot book and leave suggestions on what to see next would be awesome.

Parker neighbourhood night time (Peters pov):

I still lay awake in my bed thinking about tonights events, what does Mustang know?, was my parents deaths even an accident?, those thoughts are running through my mind, I need answers, but before I can get them I have a dinner to attend tonight with Ava, her sister and what seems like a fan boy of spider-man, that thought alone makes him seem like a cool dude, oh also tryouts yeah i'm going to make Chuck look like a fool.

Morning:

I walked down the stairs, ang entered the kitchen "Morning May", I said, and took a chair close to the counter, May handed me some toast, I know what your thinking 'May can't mess up plain toast', Well yes she can, this toast look like a piece of cola you would give to a misbehaving child on Christmas.

"morning, sleep good?", she asked as she glanced me over, "I know its burned, but you can scrape it off", she finished, as she walked to the sink to clean up some plates.

"Okay then, so into the trash it goes", I said with a laugh as I threw it into the trashcan and grapped an apple, "see you later May, oh I have dinner plans tonight", I said as I peeked my head through the kitchen door again.

"Sure sweetheart, with whom?", May asked as she glanced at me.

"Ava and her sister, they wanted to thank me for being a good friend to her", I said with a smile.

"Thats good Peter, have a nice day", May said as she started reading the newspaper.

"Thanks you too", I said and ran out the door, I saw Betty and Archie walking together.

"Hey guys", I said and got up to the two of them.

"Hey Peter", they both said.

"Theres tryouts today for the open wide reciever position on our football them, you trying out Archie", Betty asked.

"No, I will enjoy my currently position, thats where I belong", Archie said.

"What about you Peter", Betty asked as she glanced at me.

"Peter already turned it down a couple of times", Archie answered for me, but he will see me on that pitch today catching the ball and scoring a three pointer.

Riverdale high:

"Yo parker, in three hours i'm back on the team", Chuck said as he bumped into me, I turned towards him, "you know being nice doesn't cost anything, also you have been beaten by my not once but twice", I finished and laughed at his expression, because in three hours i'm going to take you down a notch.

"Hey parker", Reggie said as he stood beside me, "just think about joining the team, I dont want to have Chuck back", he finished.

"Just say it to the coach", I said and could see him raising his eyes at me, " yeah? And tell him what?, I dont like your son for whats he's done, yeah that will cost me my spot, just show up and do something", he said as he walked away again, he just doesn't want to share the spotlight.

Football field:

"You five are here to tryout for the team", the coach said as he got the quaterback over and a defender, "the still is going to be this, you will run, catch the ball and get a touchdown or you will get smacked trying", the coach finished as he blew his whistle, "would you look at that a sixth contender is here, Parker is it?", the coach asked.
