Chapter 2

The afternoon went as slow as it did morning, you were just finishing writing an essay for english when the announcement came on through the entire school, “Starting tomorrow, school will be cancelled until further notice due to the murders, there will be a town curfew of 9 pm sharp, you are all dismissed, have a wonderful, safe rest of your day” sighing softly, you pack your things, slinging your backpack over your shoulder, you walk to your teachers desk and place the finished essay down, your teacher speaks “Stay safe Y/N” you nod and walk out of class, meeting up with Sid and Tatum at the school doors as everyone exited  to their cars and buses.

Running to Tatum’s side, Stu slid up and swiftly picked her up by the waist, causing her to squirm, you giggle as he asks, “would you guys like to come to a party at my parents house later tonight? It’s going to be cool!” Tatum huffs as she stops her squirming, “Yeah, why not guys? It’ll be fun! Plus, school’s out now!” you and Sid glance at each other, a slightly worrisome expression showed on her face, and you reassuringly smile and speak  “We’ll be there, just give us time” and with that, the small group left to their homes, You and Sid  went back home, she glances down and asks, “Aren’t you worried? The killer could be at this party! He could…-” you intrude in her worried rambling “Listen to me, If the killer is at this party, which he won’t be, I won’t let him hurt you, and trust me! I know what to do when it comes to dangerous situations, I’ve watched plenty of horror movies to know how to react and act!” proudly stating, Sid gives out a soft huff, and cracks a small smile “I trust you, but I guess we should get ready now if we really are going to this party”

You both had gotten ready, you wore ripped jeans, a black, long sleeved turtleneck and black boots, Sidney wore a light purple tank top underneath a jean jacket, black jeans and a pair of black vans, you both climb into Sid’s car, and she drives to stu’s house, where the party of the night was located, you could already see drunk teens making out on the porch, Tatum and Stu were waiting for you  two outside, it was clear that Tatum was tipsy, once Sid parked the car,  you both exit, Sid leaves to talk to Tatum while you chat with Stu, “so, where’s BIlly?” Stu glances down at you with a cheeky grin, “He’s a bit..busy right now, he’ll be here later” sighing, you glance a nod before entering his house to see a group of teens surrounding  and sitting on the couch, debating between 2 horror movies, Halloween and Friday the 13th, eventually most of them agreed on watching Halloween, which got you excited, Halloween was one of your favorite movies, so you sat down on an empty spot on the couch as the other crowded around, and began the movie.
