Taste for Terror (Ghostface x Reader)

Chapter 1

Y/N L/N, a young teen of Woodsboro High School, friends with Sidney Prescott, who you've known since preschool, Billy Loomis, Stu Macher, and Tatum Riley, your friend group may be small, but they're still your close friends who'd always be there for you, no matter what you're going through, and you'd always be there for them no matter what they're going through, such as Sidney's moms death, only a year ago was she murdered, it was tragic, and very traumatic for Sidney and you, Maureen Prescott was like a mother to you, ever since your parents took a few year extended vacation to Oregon, they allowed you to stay with Sidney for the time being.

Today was as any other, monday, a few weeks into October, Halloween just around the corner, and as the one year anniversary of Maureen's murder, you and Sidney began getting ready for school, after taking a shower, you brush and fix your H/L, H/C hair, (makeup is optional if you want) and after, you chose an outfit that would best fit you for the day, once you finish, Sidney takes her shower and gets ready herself, and as she did, you prepared a small breakfast for the two of you, and some as well for her Father, you both sit down and eat, trying to start a conversation, "Hey, are you alright? Knowing what's coming up, I want to make sure you're alright.." Sidney glances up from her food, giving you a small smile, clearly it was fake, "I'll be fine, I promise" you sign and slightly shake your head, leaning over the table to look at her closer, "well, I'll be here for you, I swear on my life, I'll be here if you ever need me" Sidney nods at your statement and goes back to eating, and as do you.

[Timeskip to arriving at school]

You and Sidney get off of the bus, walking to a nearby water fountain, you both sit down on the edge and wait for the others to arrive, the first to come was tatum, clearly, she sat down next to sidney and began a conversation about who knows what, the next two to come up and sit down were Billy and Stu, the dynamic duo, Stu sat down by Tatum and placed an arm around her waist, causing tatum to smile and lean back into him, continuing her conversation with Sidney, and Billy sat by you, giving a slight smile, you wave, and of course he waves back before fixing his hair, he then starts a conversation between all of you.

"So, did you hear about the two murders that took place last night? Casey Becker And Steve Orth? Both brutally killed late last night, I heard Steve was sliced open from the gut found tied to a chair on Casey's back porch" Billy exclaims, the groups eyes widen, except for Stu and Billy's, Stu speaks up "I also heard that Casey was gutted and hung from a tree!" your look became more worried, and Sidney's became more distressed, you place a hand on her shoulder as she glances at you, and you nod in reassurance, and tatum elbows Stu light in the stomach, he huffs. Once you've all quieted down, you hear the school bell ring, and you all dispatch to your first classes.
