We went inside and victor asked the reception of the whearabouts of the doctor and then we went to the doctors cabin and before going in anthon gently knocked on the door and we heard a "come in"

We went inside Anthon and victor sat on the seat in front of doctors desk
While I sat on the Little bed which was on the side of doctors cabin
Victor told him about how I got the nightmare and about the Little attack I got while playing in the garden

The doctor  came towards me and checked me and asked some questions which I replied sincerely He than gave a medicine and we thanked the doctor and left

And again Anthon holded my hand like I was a small kid who will get lost and I felt so safe
Whenever any of my brothers were with me and held me I felt safe
I felt I was away from all the negativity In this world

"Lilith I have some work now, so go home safely with Anthon and listen to him" victor instructed me like I was a kid and I just nodded and said "yes"

Soon the driver came with a car and a bodyguard
The bodyguard got out from the passenger seat and opened the back door of the car for victor to seat and he went back to the passenger seat and in no time they were gone

"let's go home princess" Anthon said giving me the biggest smile

We sat in the car and Anthon was on driving seat and I was on the passenger seat beside him
"Can we get some cupcakes for me and everyone else?" I asked  showing him the puppy eyes

"you don't have to make that eyes, I will never say no to you" he said and I smiled
I felt blessed to have him as my brother
Anthon took me to the nearest cake shop and we went inside and there were so many flavors of cupcakes and I got confused to take which one

"Anthon which one should I take?" I asked him

"let's take each of every flavor okay?" he said and I jumped happily
But then I regretted it everyone was looking at me like they looked at a ghost "you are cute kid princess don't worry" Anthon said and that made me melt but hey I'm not a kid once we collected the cupcakes we drove back home while jaming on songs

As we reached home I went inside running and screamed "I BOUGHT CUPCAKES FOR EVERYONE" and not so later they all came running to me except victor he wasn't home yet
I removed the cakes from the bag and kept it all on the dinning table and we all sat down and enjoyed eating them will chatting and teasing each other

"you know guys today I pranked Karen" kabir said laughing and Karen gave him a death glare

"what did you do?" Anthon asked looking at his cupcake

"don't you dare telling anyone" Karen said glaring kabir

"I will" kabir replied

"now will you please tell" Liam spoke

"yes say it fast" I said

"okay so what I did yesterday was I saw Karen smoking and last time victor saw him smoking he gave him a punishment and asked him to not smoke again but I caught him red handed and then I thought of pranking him.  I went to his room later and I told him that Victor has seen you smoking and he wants to meet you in his room in 15 min" he said

"and then?" I eagerly asked and he laughed his ass off"

"laugh later with us first tell us the whole scenario" Liam told

"so after telling him that Victor called him I quickly went to victor room and   dim the lights and pretended I was Victor and karen was literally begging for his life to victor and asking for forgiveness and he won't do it again" kabir completed and now we all were laughing so hard
That everyone of our stomach start paining while Karen was giving us death glare. Soon after we all controlled our laughter while Anthon gave a death glare to Karen before leaving for his room and soon Karen followed him

Anthon's pov

Even after telling Karen to not smoke he didn't listen to us and he very well knew if victor got to know that he disobeyed him he will get into trouble I gave him a death glare and left for my room
And soon after he came behind me
"I'm sorry" was the only word his mouth left after entering the room while I gave him a glare and nodded my head to continue "please don't tell Victor, I promise I won't do it again" he said looking at me "and why do you expect that I won't tell him?" I asked "please for just once. I'm really sorry" he apologized again "last time I saved you because I guaranteed him that you won't do it again and you still did it I don't trust you again Karen" I said as I was very disappointed in him " I won't tell him but you will Karen" I said and left the room .
I Want him to confess and apologize for what he did

I know what I did was wrong but I was just stressed
Stressed with all the things going on Lilith's coming back and knowing about her past and everything she went through
I was feeling guilty, nervous, stressed and everything it was a mix feeling and I just wanted to take it out and the only thing that came in my mind to get it out was smoking

Sometimes back when victor got me smoking I was stressed of everything going in my teenage life and for getting of stress I used to smoke and after smoking it felt like everything was okay
And now for getting peace thinking that everything will be okay I smoked but unfortunately kabir saw it

And now I'm scared as hell to go to Victor and confessed that I broke their promise , I disappointed him again

Victor is a father figure to me and I really really feel bad that I'm playing with his trust
No matter how scared I'm
I have to face him and confess
