"What are we watching?" I asked the guys as me and Toni sat at the lunch table with our lunch.
"Some Northsider uploaded some video threatening the Black Hood." Fangs said scooting over.
"Oh really?" Toni said sitting on top of the table like usual.
"Well kid must be real stupid." I said sitting in between Sweet Pea and Fangs. I looked over at the screen and saw Archie front and center. This redheaded kid is real dumb to upload this threatening video.
"Hey. I'm guessing we're not watching funny cat videos." I heard my brother say as he approached our table.
Sweet Pea paused the video and looked up at my brother. "Check this out." He said turning his laptop towards Jughead. "Some sick-in-the-head Northsider posted a crazy-ass video, and we were just talking--" Sweet Pea told my brother.
"About what?" Jughead quickly glanced down at me.
"Fogarty wants to earn his Serpent stripes. We say bring us the head of that Northsider, and you're in." He says looking over at Fangs.
"I'm down with that." Fangs said looking between me and Sweet Pea.
All the Serpents around started cheering when suddenly Jughead decided to end the fun.
"Aurora, you know him, you can't let him get hurt." Jughead said looking down at me.
"Now why would I protect a Northsider?" I asked Jughead tilting my head a bit.
"Aurora he is our friend." Jughead said with a raised tone.
"Uhh, no, he is your friend. It is time for the Northside to pay all the shots they've thrown at us. Especially now that Alice Cooper blames us." I tell him with a smirk.
"No, guys, don't." Jughead said looking between us all.
"What Jones? You heard your sister." Sweet Pea told him wrapping his around around my waist.
"Look this guy is a milquetoast. He's a football player." Jughead says looking between us all. "It's kind of a lame target, is all I'm saying." He said looking over at me and Sweet Pea trying so hard to defend Archie. "You wanna prove something? Why don't you go after the Black Hood?" Jughead says looking at Fangs.
Sweet Pea scoffs and places his arm back on the table. "And why would we do that?" Sweet Pea told my brother.
"The Black Hood's targeting Northsiders, who do nothing but blame the Southside for everything that's wrong with this town." I told him looking at Jughead straight in the eyes.
