Finn moved his body closer to Rachel's. Their lips were inches apart. Her breath was unsteady and heavy. He leaned in closer. One small move and their lips would be touching. Millimeters apart. They were just about to kiss when they got interrupted by a voice.

"Hey guys, what are you doing?"

Rachel pushed away from Finn. He looked at her. He looked sad?

"What the fuck do you want Puckerman?" Finn said angry, looking at him.

Finn looked like he was going to explode with rage. He probably has some bottled up anger he needs to deal with.

"Just came to see what you guys are doing." Puck said, taking amusement in Finn's anger.

"Plus it's already 4:30" Puck added looking at Rachel.

"Oh shoot!" Rachel said as she stood up.

"What's 4:30?" Finn asked, looking up at Rachel. Evan though he was sitting, he didn't have to look up much because of how short Rachel was.

"Rachel said she'd help me with my singing." Puck said, smiling.

"Umm...Ya so I got to go." She said picking up her things.

"Bye Finn...We'll talk later" She said waving him goodbye.

"Or not!" Puck yelled back as the two walked away.

While they were walking Puck put his hand on Rachel's back. Finn saw this and sighed. Then he stood up and thought, if Puck wants to play dirty then I'll play dirty. He smirked. If there was two things he knew, it was women and food. Speaking of which he was hungry.

Rachel walked with Puck. She could feel his hand warming her lower back. She didn't mind. She walked with him to his house. It wasn't far but it was cold. Rachel forgot her jacket and was freezing to death.

"You want my jacket?" Puck asked, looking at her squirming, trying to keep warm.

"No, I'm fine" She said, through her chattering teeth.

"No you're not, here" He said, draping his jacket over her shoulders.

"Thanks" She said hugging the jacket for warmth.

"Ya. Anytime" He said, looking over at her and smiling.

She smiled back, then looked away. Puck was good looking too, his mohawk was sexy, his bad boy presence was noticed right away, and he could command a room without talking. He didn't give a fuck about his grades, or what other people thought, or what he looked like. He could come to school with his hair all messed up and the girls would still throw themselves at him, sometimes even think he was sexier.

"What are you thinking about?" He asked moving closer to Rachel.

"Nothing" Rachel said, shyly.

"How did you know I was thinking about something?" she asked, finally looking at him.

"You were staring off into space and you had the same cute expression on your face as you did in glee club, when you were thinking of good songs." He said, chuckling a little bit.

"Oh" Rachel said, chuckling a tiny bit with him.

Her cheeks flushed with the thought of him calling her expression 'cute'. Was he flirting with her? She honestly didn't mind all the attention from two incredibly hot boys that every girl wanted. But they were just that. Boys. It would be cool having every girl jealous of her though.

"Here's my stop" He said pointing to the house.

It wasn't small but it wasn't huge either. For just two people, him and his mom, it was perfect. There was space but it wasn't lonely or crowded.

Rachel walked up the path and Puck opened the door for her. She walked in and looked around. There was pretty paintings hung on the walls. With the amount of money they had, it was fancy.

"My mom isn't home" He said walking to the stairs.

Rachel stood there. She knew, by a gut feeling, his bedroom was upstairs and she wasn't sure if she wanted to go up into Puck's room without an adult nearby.

"Umm... What can't we just stay down here?" She asked trying to play it cool.

"Relax, I'm not going to pressure you to do anything you don't want to" He said walking up the stairs.

She sighed a little and followed him up.

"This is my room" He said, spinning in a circle then hopping on the bed.

For some reason this made Rachel giggle.

"Come sit." He said patting on the bed.

Rachel went and sat down, gracefully, on the bed.

Rachel helped him with his singing and he improved a lot, maybe even more than Finn.

"That was really good!" Rachel said, looking at Puck.

He leaned over and kissed her. He didn't wait like Finn, he just did it. She didn't know if that was worse or better.

He pulled away and  looked at her. She looked panicked and confused.

"What was that for?" She asked in a shaky voice.

"I guess it was a little thank you" He said smiling at her and tucking her hair behind her ear.

Rachel blushed and looked away. He grabbed her chin, gently, making her look at him.

"You're beautiful" He said looking into her eyes.

"Thanks" She said blushing even more and smiling. She looked down at his hand and ran hers over it. At first the touch startled him, but then he got used to it. She looked back up at him and smiled.

Rachel looked at the time and jumped off the bed.

"I'm so sorry, I have to go" She said, panicking because she was so late.

She said goodbye to him and for some reason gave him a peck on lips. He smiled at the action and she ran out. Heavily breathing from running, and panicking, and wondering why the hell she just kissed him?!!

She ran home and faced the consequences. No going out for the rest of the week, which was fine because it was Friday and she didn't have anything planned for Saturday and Sunday.

Rachel went to bed that night thinking about Finn and Puck. Why were they suddenly interested in her?

Finn lay in bed that night thinking of the bet and Rachel. He was so close to kissing her. If it wasn't for Puck! Why did he want to kiss her? What made her special? Why did he... like her?"

Puck thought about Rachel too. He thought how he could break her heart. How she fell for his act. How she was so stupid for thinking he was into her.
