Ruby looked through the peep hole on the front door of hers and her mums flat. There was nobody there. She slowly opened the door. It seemed to creak with agony as she tugged at it. Ruby looked out on the hallway outside her house. Still she saw nothing. Just as she was about to go back inside she saw a tall shadow on the floor.
"Hello?" she asked uncertainly.
"Hello Ruby, " was the last thing she heard...ever!

"She's missing! You have to do something!" The woman wailed.
"Madam, we will try our very best but we are very busy right now, " the officer replied with no feeling in his voice at all.
The woman broke down in sobs, "please, " she said.
