I take Dad's pill bottle out of the cabinet and read the warning label. Warning: Overdosing may result in death. Perfect. I empty all the contents in my hand.
"I'll see you soon, Jacob." I say.
I put the pills in my mouth and swallow. I begin to feel weary. Lacey barges into the bathroom.
"Mother! Call the ambulance. Lily overdosed!" Lacey screams.
Just as I begin to die, Sawyer reaches the doorway.
"Lily! No!" He says and starts to cry.
I can hear the sirens going. Suddenly everything goes black.
