The fans who waited.

We're always going to be the fans who waited,

in future days when the war is gone.

When they've been freed from the chains,

our memories of today will live on.

And we'll always be the fans who hoped,

in the days that darkness drowned their light.

When the battle finally has been won,

and pain is out of sight.

Yes, we'll always be the fans who waited,

with them, as they tried to stay strong.

When others claimed that we were mistaken,

we knew that they  were wrong.
