chapter 30

De pov :

After another week we got back on the plane and went home, and I really have enjoyed spending time with Minnie and her daughter. An hour later we pulled up at this nice house in the hills. Minnie shut off the car and got out then grabbed Angie. "Well come on don't be scared", she said as she was walking up the house. After seeing her walk up to door I got out then knocked, after 2 mins of waiting Daisy came to the door. "Angie!!!! " Daisy yelled all loud. "Auntie" Angie yelled with the same excitement back. As they were hugging and talking Minnie walked in and I followed right behind her. "Close your mouth city boy " Minnie said with this cute country accent. "Who house? " "Well it's mine's, Day's, Angie's and yours if you want to live here" she said looking at me. I couldn't do anything but pick her. As I was spinning her she started laughing really hard. "De put me down boy." After finally setting her down I looked into her eyes and kissed her. After pulling away she looked at me with glossy eyes. "Minnie will you be my thug/ride or die?" She looked as if she was thinking really hard about it. "De I have been in a relationship before and that didn't turn out to well. " " Minnie I'm not that guy you use to date I really care about you " ," Okay but the first fuck up and that's your life" she said walking off. After she walked away I went to the living room when I was trying to find the kitchen. After walking around the house again I got frustrated. "Minnie where in the hell is the kitchen?" "First off stop cursing with my baby around, second its this way." She said walking away with me following her. We walked in the kitchen to find Minnie cooking, she was making some collard greens,pork chops, beans, cornbread and some chocolate cake. She was definitely wifey material, mhm it was smelling good.
Minnie POV:

As I was cooking De started to mess with me and kiss on my neck. "De I will chop your dick off and serve it to you leave me all." After that he backed away with this hands in the air "where is baby doll?" "She probably in her room or in the movie room watching frozen." After that I seen him get up and walk in the direction towards ha room. After another 10mins he came back saying he didnt see her. At first I started to panick "what you mean you didn't see her?" He looked a little scared so I ran off to her room and noticed she wasn't in there, then I remembered what Pablo used to tell me. I walked to the side of her princess bed and seen a blanket hanging out. I pulled the covers up and there I found her sleeping. I stood up and walked out her room with De following me,he looked really confused. "So why she was under the bed?" "Before I came back here Pablo and I went out one day, to talk about how long will it be until I get Angie, so while we were out a gang broke into our house and they killed the babysitter but they could never find Angie" "And that's because she hid under the bed", he said finishing my sentence. "Actually she hid inside she cut a hole through the bed and hid in there until I did our lil knock code". Thinking back to that day made me want to cry all over again, that babysitter was Pablo sister and she helped me do alot of stuff. I snapped back into reality and told De to get Angie and Day to eat. After eatting and laughing, I washed Angie up and put her back to sleep, after kissing her goodnight and making sure she had everything I walked out her room leaving her night light on. I closed the door and walked into my room hearing the shower. I climbed on top of my bed and started thinking of everything I have been through and the stuff I need to do. I must have been deep in thought cause i didn't hear De get out the shower or even in the bed. "What you thinking about?" "Thinking about life." " You do know that you can't hide from your dad forever right?" he said looking at me. "Uggh your right, i'll go see him tomorrow after I handle some more business, now go to sleep cause I see it in your face." He chuckled then turned over I got out the bed and went and took a shower,after a 30 min shower I walked out the bathroom and seen De sleeping, so I walked out the room and went to the kitchen. As I was in the kitchen getting a cup, I felt a presence behind me and I know it couldn't be anyone else but the devil himself. "What do you want?" i said not turning around. "Oh come on baby you know you don't have to act like that.", his deep voice sounded off and it didn't do anything but remind me of how much I hated him and wanted him dead. "Man what the fuck do you want?" I asked him turning around. "I miss you Minnie we was the best ride or die couple." "Actually we werent, now get the fuck out my house and never return." I told him bumping him as I was heading out the kitchen.
