chapter 1

My name is Sparkle but many people call me Minnie. California is where I reside with my father. I'm mixed with black and hispanic with a little french. I am 5'3 with red hair that come all the way down to my back and I have blue, gray and hazel eyes that changes color. I am a 16 year old toughing life through Buchanan high school with a thug for a daddy. Don't get me wrong my dad is a fine thug and he on top of his game,he may be a thug but he has raised me and my little sister. At the age of 12 I came to live with my father because of my mothers abuse to drugs and the thug she dated. That is why I leave all the thugs alone.

Sparkle pov:

"Hey dad, mom called me again", I yelled down the stairs to my dad.

" I know she wants you to move with her, but i don't know about that yet." my dad said back.

After having a conversation with my dad I decided to get ready for another long day of school. I took a 15 minute shower and once I got out I lotioned my body and went to my closet. I decied that I would wear a blue polo shirt , some black daisy dukes with my blue hat and my gamma blues. After putting on my outfit looked at myself in my full body length mirror and decided to leave my hair curly.I grabbed galaxy s5 and put the blue mickey mouse case on it and called my girl Daisy.

*phone conversation*

"wassup minnie?" her voice boomed through the phone.

"Nothing just be ready in ten minutes" I demanded poping some minty gum.

"Well uh, okay I will be, bye"

"bye" the line went dead.

*end of the phone conversation*

I grabbed my black MK purse and my phone and ran down the stairs. I seen my 15 year old drama queen sister Nancy layed out on the living room couch. "Nancy what did I say about taking my black card"I yelled from the kitchen. Sorry Minnie I needed to get the new Jordan before anyone else could plus the cute outfits that come with it,"she semi yelled back with so much excitement. I rolled my eyes and went to the living room, "Give me my card and go get ready before we be late." I looked into her gray eyes as she looked back at me. I grabbed my black card, and walked down the hall to my dad's room. "No Wolf, I don't want her to know yet it's a surprise for her birthday" i heard my daddy say before I knocked on his door. "Daddddddddddddyy", i yelled falling all on the bed and onto the floor. "Yeah is my big of a baby daughter have to go"he said to his best man Wolf. I opened my mouth to what my father just said and i laughed."Close your mouth, no telling what can fly in it." he said while trying to hold his laugh in. I just rolled my eyes and stormed out his room with a pouty face."Nancy if you don't come down them stairs in 5 seconds im coming up there and dragging you down." I yelled from the bottom if the stairs. "Shut up Minnie dang always rushing me."she said as she was struggling to do her bun. "Minnie can you please help me," she asked with pleading eyes. "Sure come here." After I finished helping her with her bun my phone vibrated saying that i had a notification. I picked up my phone and went onto instagram, there was a picture of me and my little sister. The caption read "THE SISTER LOVE<3"@Blacktheking. I smiled and looked at my dad because of the picture he took without me knowing. After and my dad took the picture I grabbed my car keys and walked outside. I looked at the all the cars my dad had and decided to drive his hummer since he didn't want to by my own. I started the car and waited 2 mins before i hunked the horn and yelled my little sister name.
